Experience a half-day game drive at Bundala National Park, a crucial wintering habitat for migratory water birds. The park is home to 197 bird species, with the greater Flamingo being a standout, migrating in large flocks. Every species of water bird found in the country can be observed here. Migrants and vagrants travel from as far as Siberia, with over 10,000 shorebirds potentially feeding at any given time between October and March. Occasionally, visitors may spot elephants, spotted deer, sambar, Hanuman langur, toque monkey, stripe-necked and ruddy mongooses, wild boar, golden jackal, land and water monitors, and marsh crocodiles during the safari.
After the safari, guests will be returned to their hotel.
