So Much FUN! - Wow! What fun! There is so much to see in this place. We went on a weekend and no one was working, which was disappointing, but no mind, it was still enormously fun. Our guide, Holly, was entertaining and knowledgeable. It was great that they had some artists demonstrating their crafts, Mark and Woz (Warren Beaton - @DOCTINFOIL). I had no idea aluminum foil was such a good artistic medium! And the gift shop! We spent way more money than was prudent, but we got some very cool stuff. There was a green-screen photo opportunity at the end of the tour. Tip: Plan your pose and facial expressions before it's your turn.

Came away very inspired - We had an absolutely fantastic time. Our guide Christina really brought things to life and made the tour really interactive with loads of details. Every room was so well thought out, and it was great to get so up close. We loved the focus on creativity, and as makers ourselves, have come away very inspired.

Great insights in to the Movie making world - This is a very unique look into the behind the scenes of the Movie world. Our tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. We got to see a number of props from movies as well as a few of their awards. We also got to meet a few of the artists and in certain rooms hold some props such as hobbit feet, swords, masks etc. It would have been great if we could have seen more artists at work but I guess it depends on the day as to who is working on what. Parking is very limited in this area.
