Must do while in Wellington - The tour guide (Becky) was super cool, very knowledgeable and quite passionate about the type of work thst you do. Same can be said about our driver, who took time to answer every question and was awesome. The experience was amazing and one that I would do again.

Mr. Driver. - I'm glad the driver was kind and cheerful. In the facility, you can directly touch various goods made by Ueta, and I think people who watched the movie will enjoy it.

Fantastic and informative - Presentations very well put together, including being able to handle some of the props. Very insightful presentation. Many thanks. All the staff from the driver to the tour guide were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Also the transfer driver was very informative regarding Wellington and went out of his way to show some extra sites.

Best for teens and fans of movies featuring hobbits - The opportunity to see items from The Hobbit and The Lord Of the Rings was cool but the sound isolation between the rooms of the tour is poor. While our guide was talking we could hear the guide in the next room…. Sometimes louder than our guide. The walls on the rooms don’t go up to the ceiling so noise overlap is a problem The workshop at the end on fashioning things from tinfoil might be better suited to youngsters and the upsell for photos holding prop swords was a bit tacky The tour was okay but not the best value for money compared to other tours we have taken
