Perfect Romantic Day - My husband and I had the best time on this tour! The boat ride was peaceful, the crew was amazing, and swimming with the stingrays felt magical. We especially loved the Crystal Caves — such a beautiful and unique experience. Highly recommend for couples looking to make memories!

good - We went as a family with two kids, and they were thrilled from start to finish. Holding starfish at Starfish Point was their favorite part! The guides were patient and very good with children. Transportation was comfortable, and everything was so well-organized. A perfect family-friendly day.

Our group - Our group of four friends had an absolute blast! The stingray stop was incredible, and we took tons of photos. The crew kept the vibe fun and relaxed, and we enjoyed the snacks and fruit punch on board. This tour is perfect if you’re traveling with friends and want a mix of adventure and relaxation.

3rd party miscommunication due to cancellation of original schedule - The trip was very nice- the crew was accommodating. Unfortunately, we booked with TripAdvisor, and our original schedule was bumped from Thursday to Saturday- apparently in that shuffle they changed our booking to stingray and star fish only and offered to include the caves for $40 ea. Our booking included it for $50 for both of us. Of course we didn’t have internet access to check our email confirmation, and the paper confirmation was t enough proof since it reflected a confirmation from TripAdvisor. However,The stingrays were worth the whole admission!

Meh - Justin was great. The tour is overpriced but ok. The coordination was horrible. Every where we went the pick ups were late and it was a huge waste of time!

Be Aware that the Reservation System is Out of Sync - Unfortunately, although we booked this tour online through Viator, by selecting the available date and time - while also paying hundreds of dollars when they charged my card - we woke up the morning of the tour to a message from the Tour Operator saying that they actually didn't have room for us on the tour, and they would not be picking us up. And that if I wanted my money back, I had to contact Viator on my own and get a refund. So that's what I was doing at 6am the morning that I thought we were doing an excursion with our 3 teenagers. And of course we were then left without an opportunity to do the excursion at all that day. We were leaving the next day, so we missed out on the chance. Part of the reason I'm even bothering to write this review is that this was the THIRD excursion I had tried to book with this company through Viator, and after each booking (the other two were for Bioluminescence Tours), I was then contacted after the fact and told the tour wasn't available for us. So clearly, there is a disconnect between what Viator shows as available, and what this tour company actually makes available. It seems like this Tour Operator might run most of the tourist tours on the island, at least as far as what Viator shows, so travelers be forewarned.

Title: Great Experience — But Disappointed with TripAdvisor’s Booking Error - We had a fantastic time on our tour with Captain Marvin’s — the crew was friendly, the activities were well organized, and the sights were unforgettable. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a frustrating issue with TripAdvisor’s booking process. We booked and paid through TripAdvisor for a package that included all three activities. However, when we arrived, we were told by Captain Marvin’s staff that they had not received the correct booking information from TripAdvisor, and we were required to pay an additional $90 out of pocket. This was unexpected and disappointing, as we had already paid in full. Captain Marvin’s team did their best to help, but understandably had to charge us again due to the error on TripAdvisor’s end. TripAdvisor still owes us a refund for the duplicate charge, and we’re hoping this issue will be resolved soon. While we highly recommend the actual tour and the team running it, we advise booking directly with the operator to avoid similar problems.

Beware - This tour is a scam. Paid for a 4 hour tour with 3 stops, turned out to be only a 2 hour tour with 2 stops. Tour guides only interested in harassing you to take your picture so they can try to sell them to you instead of letting you enjoy the tour.
