Great Wine Tour And Dinner - I wanted to share our experience on this tour that we took at the end of January. Even though it was the middle of winter, the team at Vivid Tours were happy to accommodate our last-minute reservation and we thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour.
We visited three wineries in West Kelowna and then had a dinner at Quail‘s gate and they’re gorgeous restaurant. Everything was very well organized, and the meal itself was outstanding, I would highly recommend anybody to dine at Quail’s gate and if you’re looking for wine tour, Vivid Tours offered a very professional and insightful Tours experience for us.

Wine Tour With Dinner In Lake Country - We were very impressed with our Sunset Wine tour through Vivid Tours. We always try an activity or tour when travelling to Kelowna. We've been on several wine tours, but this was the first time we've gone with a different company.....all I can say is WOW!
We booked 2 days before the tour and their customer service was excellent. They answered every question we had and even picked us up from our lunch in downtown Kelowna.
We visited the Lake Country area for our tour and dinner was at Peak Cellars. Everything was set up very well and our guide James was very kind and patient. For people looking for a solid dinner stop, I highly recommend Peak Cellars (amazing pizza!).
Thank you to Vivid Tours for a great wine tour. You're our new Go To!

Sunset Wine Tour In Lake Country! - I had a great experience with Vivid Tours along the Sunset Sip Tour. We enjoyed tasting at gorgeous wineries in Lake Country, followed by dinner at Block One Restaurant (highly recommended as well!).
This was a great time had by all and we look forward to another tour with Vivid in the summer.

Sunset Tour With Dinner At Quails Gate Winery - Group of 4 ladies that enjoyed our tour in West Kelowna. We made a reservation on the Sunset tour and the driver picked us up at our rental home and drove us around to 4 wineries and our dinner.
We had dinner at Quails Gate Winery which has such as lovely view of the lake and was a really great experience. This is surely one of the best restaurants in Kelowna.

Birthday Sunset tour in West Kelowna - We wanted to share our experience after taking the sunset, sip tour hosted Vivid this past November. We were a group of five in total and joined two other small groups on this tour.
We had a lovely experience and our tour guide. Steven even included an additional winery at no extra cost for us, which was greatly appreciated. Our favourite wineries were Mount Boucherie estate and Frind.
We were celebrating a birthday and at the end of our dinner Vivid made sure that the birthday girl had a dessert which was very special.
They did an amazing job and we were very impressed with how organized everything was on the tour. We would recommend this to travellers looking for a professional wine tour that doesn’t break the bank and offers amazing service.

Great Service, Attention To Detail On Our Sunset Tour - I attended the Sunset wine tour with Vivid Tours in December and was impressed with their operation. Our tour guide Johnny was hilarious and kept us laughing and on time for our winery appointments in the afternoon.
One of our group members is Celiac and Johnny ensured the restaurant was aware and provided guidance on which dishes to choose for her. He was always close by and even carried our wine purchases and smartly labelled them with our names.
I'll be back in Kelowna this summer and hope to explore more wineries when it's warm and hopefully enjoy lunch on a patio. If we need to organize another wine tour we will be calling Vivid Tours. Thanks for making a great evening for all of us.

10 Stars For This Team. Amazing Customer Service! - I wanted to ensure the team at Vivid Tours knows how grateful I am of their communication and ability to make changes to my reservation. This team deserves 10 Stars!
My trip into Kelowna was severely delayed due to several airline delays and ultimately a cancellation from Air Canada. My trip was a joint ski vacation and time in Kelowna and this issue from the airline would have meant a loss of my flex day in Kelowna where we have this wine tour booked.
I spoke with Shanti from Vivid Tours and she went over all available options with me and was able to switch my sunset tour to the following day, saving my ability to join this tour. That was very kind and not something they had to do. I am very thankful to them and I'd highly recommend speaking with Shanti for a wine tour in Kelowna.

We ended up doing the... - We ended up doing the Lake Country Tour and it was awesome!! Off season so only 4 of us on the tour. Our tour guide Nate was first rate, knowledgeable and patient.

Amazing Wine Tour! - Murray was absolutely amazing! He made us feel right at home from the moment he picked us up from our hotel, when we do come back we will be requesting him. The tour was lovely, the dinner was fantastic, definitely recommend!

Wrong tour - We booked the sunset sip tour and were supposed to see the west Kelowna winery and ended up on lake country tour. Felt like the winery’s were less then spectacular and really don’t feel like I got the experience I was hoping for or paid for
