Must do experience to Komodo Island - Sea zaydan was the tour operator. Everything went smoothly. The crew was great and helpful. They took great care of us and video the whole trip for us to download.

Recommend! - Amazing day! Good relaxed vibes, nice boat. We even got to see three manta rays! Nice small tour only 5 on our boat. Well organised, not too busy and no one was trying to sell us anything more.

The guide was kinder and made friends with the other participants in a short time! I recommend this tour. - I wasn't really worried about anything as this was not the first time I had been alone, but I ended up going out for a drink with one Spanish person and one Indonesian guide, and it was good to have more experience than the tour.
I was also lucky to meet the Komodo dragon I had always wanted and the one I rarely move!

It was great! The guides... - It was great! The guides were great our boat crewmen were great. The only complaint I would have would be the fish in the prepared lunch was salty. But other than that, it was overall great.

Great Komodo Island and snorkeling tour. - It was a wonderful day. Pacing was good. We saw so many places and animals. The lunch was also very good. Staff were remarkable. My husband had a hard time getting in and out of the boat but, the crew helped him.

Thanks for a great trip.... - Thanks for a great trip. We loved the different sites and all the stops - it was a good way to get a lot into the day. We saw other groups had slightly bigger boats, this would have been nice. There was some confusion about our pick up - driver was at wrong hotel, then we had to wait a long time at the pier for another group so we felt we woke early for no reason. All the drivers, guides and staff were excellent. Kind, helpful and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you.

BEWARE SCAM!!! *please see photos* - BEWARE SCAM!!!! *please read & see photos!!!*
I strongly advise any person looking to book a Komodo island boat tour to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a complete SCAM! We paid a premium price for the Komodo island boat tour after looking through the advertising that showcased many large luxury yachts which had an indoor cabin, seats, bathrooms on board.
The SCAM is….. there are no large luxury boats. We arrived into the marina and were put onto a tiny boat that literally didn’t even have any seats. Had no toilet. No aircon. Barely any shade so we were sitting in the sun all day. Was a complete different boat that was not shown on the advertising. *PLEASE SEE PHOTOS*
We then message the tour host on WhatsApp saying this is not what we paid for, why are we on a tiny boat that’s nothing like what was advertised and they said “sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, it’s stated in our terms and conditions” and then stopped replying to us after requesting a refund. This is obviously how they SCAM customers. Please do not use this company whatsoever. I highly recommend using a group called ‘East Cruises’, they were the only company out of 50 boats on the water that were large luxury boats and actually as advertised.
Also very disturbing, we literally had a child as our “tour guide” who looked under the age of 13/14. She just sat on her phone the entire time and napped.

Betrug! Fraud! - We booked a big boat. And paid more! We got a small boat without proper seats. The agent refused a partly refund. Which would be appropriate. If you get a activity which was less in value.
