perfect tour to explore Tetebatu and surroundings with local tourguides! - Loved the tour & the personal guides! Kiki & Ady helped me enjoying the tour eventhough I wasn’t fit. They fixed me a car and drove to the highlights so I could still enjoy the wonderfull area of Tetebatu. Also, the communication was fast and reliable. The day itself was really calm, we didn’t need to hurry. It felt like a real holiday, thanks again Kiki & Ady!

Our Beautiful Honeymoon Excursion to Tetebatu - During our honeymoon trip to Lombok, we did a day trip to Tetebatu and couldn’t have been more pleased. We briefly considered visiting Tetebatu without signing up for a tour, but we were so happy with our decision booking with Jonny Tours. Our tour consisted of first walking us through the coffee-making process which was such a unique experience (we even were able to drink a cup!). Then we saw the coconut oil process and were able to drink coconut water from a coconut. We walked through rice terraces and took beautiful pictures, and then saw the two waterfalls in Tetebatu (Sarang Walet and Tetebatu waterfall). We stopped and ate fried bananas on the way between the waterfalls and they were absolutely delicious. Finally we ate lunch and a warung and ended the day with walking through the monkey forest and seeing black monkeys. Our driver Juna Islam was patient and made us feel comfortable during our 2 hour drive from Senggigi. He waited for us the entire time during the tour in Tetebatu and offered to make stops along the way back for souvenirs at a gift shop and prayer at a mosque. Our tour guide Adi made us feel immersed in the village and culture by explaining the culture and all of the nuances of the agriculture. He answered all of our questions enthusiastically and was very well informed. He took stunning photos of my wife and I at different points during the tour. My sunglasses actually fell off my head at one of the waterfalls and the river tide took them, but Adi chased after them for me without me asking. Overall, this tour was worth every penny, and it was an unforgettable highlight of our Lombok trip!

Best experience ever! - It was such a fun day, we experienced so many things. The waterfalls were beautiful and the locals were all so nice. It was wonderful to see the real lombok. Adi our guide was amazing, supernice, relaxed and cool! Everyone knew him so it made us also feel welcome everywhere. He also knew so many things about the country, plants and the way of the locals, so very informative. We have so many amazing photos! We were never rushed and felt like the tour was given by a good friend. Sakuna our driver was also very nice and skilled. Very relaxed atmosphere and very clean car!

Great experience - It was a great day our driver Sukana was really cool and especially we had an amazing guide Adi. He taught us bcp of things and he was very interested in what he does and nature. He was kind throughout the excursion, so he was very patient and allowed us to enjoy every moment especially with the locals where we had been able to savor every moment. We had been delighted to spend the day with him. I recommend his guides for your excursions although I think they are all cool. We'll never forget Adi thank you to him.

We had a great time! - We had a really great tour with Kiki and Eddy. The trip was slowed down and really convenient as Kiki picked us up at our hotel in Selong. The walk trough the village and the rice terrace was super interesting. Eddy showed us many things, the traditional way of coffee roasting, coconut oil production and lots of wild plants and fruits. After all he guided us to the waterfall really carefully. Highlight of the tour: of course the black monkeys and a baby mama monkey. Highly recommend! Thank you both! And give Peggy (cutest dog) a cuddle from Mattis ;)

Expert local guides - We had a very knowledgeable and safe driver (Jamil). Our guide Dani shared great information about rice fields, harvesting techniques, fruit trees and the local environment. It was a great overall experience and highly recommended.

Like a day with a friend – experience Tetebatu up close - An unforgettable experience in Tetebatu – highly recommended! We went on the Tetebatu Walking Tour today – with rice terraces, an impressive waterfall and the mysterious monkey forest. But what really made this tour special for us was our guide Jalal. From the very first moment we felt not like tourists, but like guests who a friend takes to his homeland. Jalal speaks excellent English, is incredibly friendly and led the day with a lot of passion, knowledge and humor. Not a typical tourist program, but an honest, warm insight into real life in Indonesia. An absolute highlight: As we sat over coffee together, he turned us a local cigarette from a local plantation – just like being part of the community. It's these little gestures that stick in your mind for a long time. We learned so much – about culture, people’s everyday lives, nature – and just had a wonderful time. Thank you, Jalal, for this special experience! If you are looking for an authentic, personal tour in Lombok, you are in the right place.

Fabulous day with Kiki and Dani! - We had a wonderful experience with Kiki and Dani! We saw backroads that we never would have found on our own. We learned all about rice, local coffee (not my favorite) and coconut oil. We trekked the rice paddies and sloshed our way through waterfalls. Intimate and breathtaking! I highly recommend Jonny Tours and our guides, Kiki and Dani!

Everything top, highly recommended 👍 - Thanks to Camil and Eddy, it was a wonderful day:-) We booked the tour through booking. Camil came to pick us up on time at the hotel and handed us over in Tetebatu then to Eddy. We were shown the production of coffee and coconut oil at local residents, the people were very friendly and we felt comfortable. Afterwards there was a great tour with lots of interesting information about the rice breeds, stopover at waterfalls and the monkey forest. At the end we had a delicious meal. It was really beautiful, you can only recommend. Thanks again!!🌞

A fabulous and educational day! I highly recommend Jonny’s Tours! - We had a truly excellent day with Kiki and Dany. It was not only beautiful, but very educational. We visited several rice paddies and saw the process from planting to harvesting. I will never look at a bowl of rice the same way! The countryside was beautiful. We enjoyed two spectacular waterfalls, which were somewhat challenging. I suggest bringing a pair of flip-flops but wearing more substantial shoes for the day. You might consider wearing a swimming suit underneath as well. We caught sight of elusive black monkeys at the monkey forest too. Lunch was excellent. I highly recommendthis to our group and especially our intrepid guides.
