Amazing - What a great way to spend an afternoon, my friend and I throughly enjoyed meeting the very knowledgable and friendly guide Lynda as well as the other foodies that were with us. The food venues were all very different but excellently chosen some were tasters and some more substantial meals, you will not go home hungry!

Friendly Fun-Filled Food Tour ! - A four hour walk around Leeds city centre led by our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide ,Lynda. There were 14 of us and we’d booked a private 7 stop tour. We ate at a variety of different places- many of them new to us (even though we eat regularly in Leeds). 2 were tasting places ( The Chilli Shop which was very entertaining and a bakery ) and we will return to buy more of their goodies. The other 5 were Neon Cactus, Stuzzi, Loaded Fries, Delhi Walha and Bao Buns. There was plenty of food and by the last stop we were all “pogged”!!! The order in which you eat is really dictated by the route around the city otherwise you’d be zig zagging too much. We all said that it was a fantastic way to spend a Sunday afternoon and will definitely return at a future date to eat at some of the venues. Thank you Lynda for a friendly fun filled food tour !

Fantastic culinary journey - We had a lovely afternoon with Linda on the Food Tour visiting 7 establishments each very different. We started with Tacos at a Mexican bar on Call Lane accompanied by suitable Mexican cocktails - Margaritas et al. We followed that with a short visit to an Artisan Bakery, where we sampled Blondies and Cinnamon Rolls- delicious! We then went Stuzzi- an Italian with a twist. We tried a fabulous Arancini Ball (large) washed down with a lovely Barbera red wine. We then called at the Chilli Shop and had a very interesting presentation by Frank of various sauces/ rubs gradually climbing the heat scale. We then went to the US for Loaded Fries ( my least favourite to be honest) and then to a lovely Indian restaurant near Leeds Station. We were given at least 5 dishes, all delicious but couldn’t do them justice as was rather full from the fries. Our final port of call was North Bar for a Pulled Pork Bao Bun! All in all a fabulous afternoon. The tour takes around 4 hours and the walking is easy. My only OFI ( opportunity for improvement) would be to take out the Loaded Fries and even the Bao Bun and add an ice cream or sweet stop at the end. I guess as we did the tour on a Sunday the many options in Leeds Market weren’t available to us.

This tour was a fantastic change of pace! - What a great alternative to the many sightseeing options in England/Yorkshire! Been all over the U.K. and seen untold numbers of castles, cathedrals, monuments, beautiful landscapes and historical sites. Taking place in the heart of Leeds, you'll get to see amazing architecture and hear some of the history about it. All while sampling some eclectic yet super tasty food. We stopped at seven locations and all were very different. The pace and timing of the tour are just right, you won't be hungry, but you also won't be stuffed to the gills either - eat a light breakfast or skip it all together. Lynda did a great job! She's personable and likes to laugh and she has some good stories. Takes about four hours and involves maybe a mile and a half of total walking. Have an umbrella or rain jacket just in case.

Leeds Food Tour - Enjoyed the tour but would have preferred the Indian course at around course 4 as by course 7 I was very full. It would have been nice to have had a dessert course. As a large group it felt as though we were drinking quickly to get to the next course but Lynda was great.

No sweet ending - Generally good - wouldn’t have eaten quite so many chips if I’d known the best bit ie the Asian street food was to follow. Would have preferred something sweet at the end as opposed to the bao bun

Absolute RIP OFF - How can anyone sell something that isn’t the full product. We did the Leeds street food tour yesterday & brought friends with us. The voucher was £60 per person & said we go to 6 different venues to eat. You are told you can’t have everything off the menu we are only allowed small plates which was priced on all menus at £5. (1 taco & 1 Boa bun) We was happy to eat at all 6 places but, Northern Monk told us they’d not sold food for a few years now & Neon Cactus was closed for refurbishment so we had 4 venues to eat all costing around £5. So my maths tells me the voucher should be £20 not £60. What an absolute rip off. Please if you are aware 2 venues won’t be serving food at least have the decency to arrange somewhere else for the tour. RIP OFF
