The Wairau Māori Art Gallery, the world’s first dedicated Māori public art gallery, features rotating exhibitions.
  On top of the building, the award-winning Afforested Roof with its golden cupola offers breathtaking views of the Hātea River and city.
  A small film theatre continuously plays documentaries, and the MuseumShop offers a wide selection of Hundertwasser’s applied art, unique items, and gifts, as well as Wairau Māori Art Gallery merchandise.
