Electrifying Experience 😉 - T.J our guide was wonderful! He really took the time to create a memorable experience for us! We were so lucky to have him all to ourselves! We never would have seen so much of Whistler if left to our own devices. We especially loved seeing the lakes. Thank you for a really great afternoon!

Great way to acquaint yourself with Whistler - Really enjoyed my first ever e-bike experience. TJ was great-very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Whistler. I was doing this trip solo, but felt very included in the small group. Would recommend

Highly recommended - Despite the wet weather we had a great ride, our leaders (Jackie and TJ) were very informative and knowledgeable, the highlight of the ride was seeing a black bear cross our path - lovely lakes on our tour. Would recommend the trip, good value for money

Be sure to check the weather - I called in the morning to see if there was plan B in the event of rain. And there wasn’t. It started to rain just as we got on our bikes and the rain got progressively heavier. Even if you had protective rain gear with you there were, in my opinion, safety concerns. The temperature kept dropping and a few of us noted that our hands were so cold we couldn’t grab the brakes. The roads were very slick and I really thought it was dangerous. The guide that we had was lackluster at best. Perhaps she would’ve been better if it hadn’t been raining.

Disappointing Operation - We had our morning tour cancelled 3 hours before due to staffing issues as apparently they don’t have enough staff hired during summer months. We were offered an afternoon tour. When I suggested a discount, the tour operator became defensive and eventually after some back and forth, took us off the tour. We found another tour with Pete from Marmot Activity who I would highly recommend.
