Once-in-a-lifetime experience! - Mother Nature and our guides cooperated in delivering a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Truly unbelievable! A calm and clear night with an extraordinary display of northern lights or aurora borealis. The team were kind, professional and fully engaged - they were as excited by what we witnessed as we were. We enjoyed the cabin, refreshments, the fire and especially the dancing sky. They also dropped us off at our respective hotels on return to Whitehorse. A 10/10 rating does not do the evening justice! Thank you!

Bucket list experience - First time visiting Yukon and first time seeing the Aurora Borealis. It was an amazing experience! Sho and Maria were both very friendly and welcoming. The Aurora Centre has a lovely setting with a cozy teppe and a bonfire. The lights were bright and very active during our visit.

Didn't get the chance to see Aurora, but we got a pleasant guide. - We didn't get to see the Northern Lights because of the cloudy night. But our guide, Jelmer, was very nice and insightful. He was as hopeful for us to see the Aurora when he learned that we weren't going to stay long in Whitehorse, and he even let us wait for a few moments longer when there was a slight possibility for Lights to come out. During the waiting time, he also shared insightful guides and locations around Whitehorse for us to explore, so we did not feel like it was a total waste of money. It was my second experience joining an Aurora Tour, first time being in Tromso, Norway, where I also did not get the chance to see Aurora. In my honest opinion, the Aurora Tour Providers in Whitehorse could learn a thing or two from the Tromso ones, as it would be nice to explore the land more with the vehicle, rather than staying in one cabin for the night, so that people who do not get the chance to see Aurora (as we all aware it often happens) could at least get some exciting and memorable experience and might not feel too much money wasted. Although I understand that the landscape and the safety between Canada and Norway are different, it's just an input and could be a food for thought. Overall, the experience was definitely helped by the pleasant guide.

Great way to see the northern lights - The viewing center and staff were amazing. You have access to a place to warm up, beautiful teepees with a fire inside and lots of options to sit down and take in the light show (if you're lucky... We were, this time)

Aurora tour - Sadly didn't see the lights but the viewing area was really nice. Staff is on time and try to provide everything that they can. They also have activities like fire and presentation so even if you don't see the lights there are still things to do. I wish they have both native speaker and non native speaker guide present just because it was hard to understand the guide sometimes.

Northern lights, sledding and snow mobile - The tour guides on all of our tours were amazing. Had a great experience with the family. We had 3 nights of the northern lights which produced amazing photo opportunities as well as sledding and snow mobiling

Disappointing tour to see Northern Lights Whitehorse - Our tour guide was very difficult to understand. Her Japanese accent was particularly strong. Although she was reasonable passionate about Northern Lights she lacked the communication skills to engage those on the tour and have any lengthy conversations. The drive out to campsite took 50 minutes and we barely had 10 minutes discussion about what was going to happen or interaction with the guests The fire in the teepee with the marshmallows was good but the tour guide was not there and many of the other travelers did not venture out to it. There was tea, coffee and biscuits available at the main cabin and a slide show of an explanation about the Northern. lights which lasted for about 20 minutes. The viewing platform was good but people kept moving in front of the cabin and the flood lights would continuously come on and off - frustrating when searching for weak Northern Lights as we were on that evening as it is very early in the season. We did not see any Northern Lights that night and packed up and left the campsite about half an hour earlier than originally anticipated for some unknown reason. Absolutely no verbal discussion on the 50minute drive back to Whitehorse from campsite. Personally I think the tour operated should not have offered these tours so early in the season. Cannot recommend this tour with the same tour guide.
