Incredible fun experience - It was a cool adventure to experience with younger children and older children. We have been with our daughter of 8 years. She loved it and she would like to come back next year. And the zip-line was great too. The staff was also super sweet. A the buffet was also really tasty. We thought it was top definitely

All of u guys must visit. - It's was really fun and good. When you arrive in Phuket, you must try to go Hanuman world and play Zipline. The staff is very friendly.

An amazing and thrilling experience from start to finish. - This was my first time ziplining, and I felt 100% safe the entire time thanks to the incredible staff. They were not only professional and attentive but also brought a great sense of humor. They ensured that everyone was securely clipped in at all times, which really helped ease any nerves.
The zipline itself was the perfect balance between exciting and comfortable. At least for a beginner like me, it had just the right mix of adrenaline and fun. It wasn't just a simple zipline tho, they also included vertical descents, and a mini obstacle course with wooden planks to cross and a hanging bridge, adding to the adventure.
For a small extra fee, you can get taken photos of your experience. The shots were captured at just the right moments, making for some great memories.
I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, safe, and unique adventure.

Adventurous day! - It was unfortunately an hour wait from when I arrived until it started. But when we got going it was non stop ! The zipline was a little scary for a first-timer, but thought it was a lot of fun after a few rides:) The «roller coaster» ride is not for those who are skiddish. It was just a little too fast for me, and I was scared that I would hurt my neck at one point😆 All in all, a very adventurous day(which happened to be my birthday!).

Cool activity! - Fun zipline experience! There were a lot of people on our tour, but it goes pretty fast because there are so many staff members helping out. The roller was a bit scary but such a cool experience! The food was also good too. Recommend!

Day full of adrenaline! - One of the best adventure parks I've ever visited. From our pickup in the hotel to the park itself everything was super organized by tui.nl Activity is breathtaking. Our 8-year-old daughter found it very exciting to do. Everything went very safely. The guidance takes no risks. There is also plenty of adrenaline for the adults. The food after the activity was also very tasty. A must-do!

Photo station staffs need improvements - Choose the 18 platforms with roller and cart ride, all the guys on the platform are friendly and capable of ensure your safety. I think the best part is the 800m roller, can be really fast and swing while making u turns. But I must point out that the photo station staffs need improvement, not so friendly and professional. Transfer back service delayed 20mins from my scheduled time, the next time I’ll drive my own car to avoid the long wait.

Good marketing, bad value for money, too expensive, felt disappointed. - No good value for money. Waiting time is too long as a result of bad system. They said we shouldn't bring the camera because they would make the pictures. Again we had to pay a lot of money if we would like to have them in the end. The marketing is good, we liked what we did, but in the end we feel dissapointed.

Disappointing Experience at Hanuman World, Phuket - We visited Hanuman World in Phuket, booking the Combine WB+ package for 15:00. The day started well—the driver picked us up at 14:00, and we arrived at 14:45. However, after check-in, we were left waiting. Despite our scheduled start time, we weren’t called until 16:30, after multiple frustrating conversations with the supervisor.
Once we finally started, the activity itself was enjoyable, and most of the instructors were polite. However, one was incredibly rude to my daughter, forcing me to intervene. This was unacceptable and overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.
We finished around 18:15 and moved on to the roller zipline, the highlight of the package. Sadly, by then it was getting dark, and after another 45-minute queue, we discovered that 75% of the zipline route had no lighting. It felt unsafe and took away the excitement.
Although staff provided water and mosquito spray while we waited, it didn’t make up for the delays. We finished at 19:10, leaving almost no time for the included dinner before the 19:30 transport back to the hotel.
What disappointed me most was the lack of acknowledgement from management. Given the delays and setbacks, I would have expected an apology or even compensation for the ruined roller and rushed dinner. Instead, we felt overlooked and let down.
Overall, the poor organisation and lack of care overshadowed what could have been a great experience. Management must ensure they only take bookings they can handle, with a focus on delivering the quality and timing promised.
