Tom is a great guide - We did the four hour tour which includes going up to Bray Head and we loved it. We are regular bikers but not experienced offroad, nor experienced with e-bikes but everything felt safe and within reach. Tom did a great job as our guide assessing what was appropriate for our level and making adjustments. In addition to the ride up and back to Bray Head we explored some other inland trails with interesting climbs and descents, in addition to one of their more curated marked trails. The Bray Head trail has quite a few gates where you have to stop, open the gate and walk the bike through and this kind of breaks the flow but it wasn't a big deal. Note alllow a few extra minutes to get to the starting point because Apple Maps takes you to an entry point that is closed...a sign directs you to to the right entrance which takes another 5 mins or so.

A good family day out - Great fun. Highly recommend it as an afternoon of fun for all ages. We were a family of seven ranging in age from 11-50+ - it was great craic.

Fantastic fun! - Really enjoyed 1/2 day guided tour from Belmont Desmesne Wicklow (couldn’t choose this from menu) with Ian. Was a little apprehensive but Ian tailored tour to our level. Beautiful countryside and great fun. We'll definitely be back. Thoroughly recommend 😊

SUPER DUPER BIKING EXPERIENCE - This bike day will put a Hugh smile on your face...it's brilliant..already hoping to get a bigger group for second visit and have the craic.Bikes well looked after in the on site shop/workshop. Great surroundings for non bikers to.Thanks Magic and Ian. ( bmx s as a kid and now road cycling ) Try it😊😊😊😊

Fun for all the family - I bought a Fat Bike from Ian of Fatbikeadventures some time ago and the questions from friends and family automatically made me book a tour with them. My son 13 used an E-Fatbike that allowed for hill climbs and he had an absolute blast. I incorrectly configured my own bike that resulted in me burning myself out way too quickly on the trail. Maciek one of the guides from Fatbikeadventures switched me onto the E-Fatbike so I could recover and got some electrolytes in me. Ian and Maciek were so knowledgeable about the area, the trails and are a delight to hang out with on the tour. The trails they take you on are amazing and the beauty around you is breathtaking. They also show you how to ride the trails.....yes there is an art to cycling and you will be humbled quickly if you do not take their advice. All in all a great day out that has my son and friends asking for Fatbikes or E-Fatties for Xmas and a day we'll never forget. Will definitely book again with other family members and friends.

Excellent day out - Two of us decided to book a tour the day before and were lucky enough to be able to join in with another larger group at the last minute. Had been slightly apprehensive as had only ever cycled on the road before. Ian and Maijec were excellent guides. Knowledgeable, reassuring and encouraging they made sure you got the best out of the experience. The rush of adrenaline and the speed almost makes it seem as though you are flying through the woods! We were lucky to have excellent weather however it would have the same thrill rain or shine so don’t let it put you off! If you have a sense of adventure and are looking for a new challenge I highly recommend giving fatbiking a go 😁

Thrill seeking day out - First time trying fat bikes/ mountain biking of any description and it was a brilliant day out!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Anyone looking to explore the beautiful Wicklow countryside/ mountains, it truly does provide fantastic views and adrenaline filled thrills.

The Highlight of Our Trip!! - Wow! What a great experience! Our family was looking forward to this part of our trip to Ireland and it exceeded our expectations. We had the best day and Ian was a great tour guide. The Fat Bike tour was definitely one of our favorite days while in Ireland. We not only got to see the beauty of Wicklow, Ian also shared stories and history of the land. We'd highly recommend booking a tour with Fat Bikes to anyone who travels to Ireland, and if we are ever back it will be the first thing we do!

Wow! Amazing experience - This was truly a great day out. We went Friday, weather was warm but cloudy which was perfect. The host Ian was more than entertaining, he kept us going through the cycle. We will 100% be back and try a new track bikes we're in great condition, helmets we're new and clean. The experience was amazaing. Anyone who is looking for something to do, this HAS to be it. Price was extremely good as it take about 4 hours all together!! And the burger and pint in the Wicklow brewery after is a MUST. Food is great and the beer was the trophy you needed after. Enjoyed it so much, I'm thinking of purchasing my own fat bike. Again big shout out to Ian for a the great host he was.. 10/10
