Amazing trip- out guide Olga was very informative. Be warned about the small lift to exit the mines - It was well organised- purchased tickets from internet. Met our advisor , told us where to stand and enter the mines. Inside the mines got to see wonderful sculptures and the cathedral

Salt Mines Trip - Fantastic tour while we visited Krakow. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was blown away by the mines and its amazing sculptures and caves. Hubert our guide and Pavel our driver were great hosts. Thank you guys 👏🏻👏🏻

A top attraction and worth the entrance money and more! - An exceptionally well-run tour with Skip the Line tickets - everything worked splendidly from booking on-line the day before, meeting at the designated place and being admitted at the entry point - right up until we reached the end of the tour. The guide was very competent and relayed to the group just the right amount of information in a measured and understandable way. There are 800 steps downwards during the whole experience which lasts about an hour and a half and involves probably about a 2 mile walk but the time passes by very quickly and the distance is hardly noticed. The mine and chambers with exhibits are quite amazing with some of the most spectacular sights being nearer the end of the tour with one or two being almost hard to believe they exist. If you are physically able, it really is an attraction worth every penny paid!

Good to see, was much bigger than expected. - Very knowledgable tour guide, and amazing sights. However it was very long and we were ready to come back to the surface by the end - our feet hurt.

Very crowded - Amazing to experience the mines however didn’t not enjoy how big the groups are and that there are large groups ahead and behind you. Felt very crowded and there was a lot of people pushing to see the caves. The walk back to the lift back up also felt very unorganised

Absolutely unnecessary - The process to pick up this ticket from the Krakowbooking.com representative was overly long and complicated. The actual ticket line was only 2 deep (less than 5 minutes) but to walk across the whole complex and find a random restaurant up the hill was ridiculous. We received our scrap of paper and then had to trek back to the actual lineups for tours. Total waste of time and money. The tour itself was boring and the headset/receiver only worked half the time. If the tour was only of the cathedral and salt chandeliers it would be better. It’s highly unlikely that the sections toured were ever part of a working mine.

Wieliczka Salt Mine - The meeting point is not clearly marked (it is recommended to provide the link to the exact meeting place on the voucher) and this causes delays in the composition of the group. The guide is very good and the mines really interesting

Malisima - PESIMAAA in fact we didn't even see the mine with them because they left us lying in a country that we won't know their language organization and communication FATAL, we had to take the entrance there as we went back to spending more money, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT
