100% recommended - Highly recommended the visit and impeccable management 100% recommended to take into account that the mine exit is not the same site as the entrance but is close by walking you reach without problem

Great trip - Such an interesting trip. Our guide Veronika was really good too. The sculptures made of salt were amazing. Make sure you were comfortable footwear as its 2.5 hrs of walking.

Salt mines - It was worth a visit but the tour felt rushed, even though we had a lady with mobility issues with our group. But overall worth a visit.

Tja - If you want to experience something very tourist is this tour you should take on. The tour should go pretty quickly, as the next team of the tourist with their guide was right behind you. One got a little talk about how their everyday and work went back then. It's very beautiful. But I didn't think it was worth the price. In turn, it was not expensive to buy drinks, food and souvenirs.

Don’t believe the claims of free cancelation and 23/7 customer service. - I didn’t go and despite many attempts to cancel, I couldn’t. Tripadvisor still has not responded to my many pleas for cancelation. It was advertised as free cancelation but left out the fact that it was impossible to do so. I tried to reach the partner directly and there was no response either.

KRAKOW BOOKING - ATTENTION - We booked from home with Krakowbooking a guided tour of the salt mine at lunchtime with appointment in the center of Krakow. 55 euros per person that had to include: accompaniment from the center to the mines, skip-the-line ticket, and guided tour with the touring operator. It was only at 9pm the previous evening that we received a message that the appointment had been brought forward to 9.50am and we had to be directly at the salt mines. So at the last moment we had to figure out how to get there ourselves (it was also Good Friday, not all rides on those days are guaranteed) We find there a guy who hands us the tickets and tells us to go to the entrance. At the end of the tour I talk to the guide who tells me that it is the compulsory internal guide and that other people the previous day had told her about this thing, that THERE IS NO SKIP-THE-LINE TICKET TO THE MINES and that the cost of the tour we had just done was 29 euros and not 55 per person. Be very careful!

Rubbish - Terrible would give zero stars if possible. Groups too big, everyone pushing and shoving to get to the front. Couldn’t hear the guide and were not given headphones as stated in description. Would not recommend.

Lost the will to live - The guide has 40 people, she talks at the front and those at the back cannot hear. The tour was very long and drawn out with a lot of just standing in passage ways for 15 minutes at a time. It was 3 hours of my life that I will never get back, total rubbish. No history explained even when we said and others said that we could not hear. There should be microphones or ear phones provided. At the end of the tour they take you to a restaurant and when you order food and drink they then tell you that you have to leave to join the group to exit. I had two mouthfuls of my food and had to leave that and a full drink. Really poor experience and a very rude guide. I will not be recommending this tour to anybody.
