Thrilling solo Jet Skiing Experience - My guide, Kane, was fabulous. He thoroughly explained the operation and necessary rules to follow for a safe, fun jet ski experience. We rode at first in the open sea which was very exciting and then into the Bay Area of Spanish Waters! Would highly recommend this activity and tour operator.

If you’ve ever wanted to ride the waves yourself while taking in the gorgeous coastline, coves, and bays of Curaçao, this is the experience to book. The southern coastline is stunning, and seeing it from the water makes it even more unforgettable. Our guides — Cayne, Joshua, and Senna — were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire group feel comfortable right from the start. Their teamwork and enthusiasm made the tour even more fun. The ride itself was the perfect mix of excitement and scenery. The Jet Skis were in great condition, the route was beautiful, and the pace was perfect whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. Fun island experience - Be prepared to get wet and bounced around. Bring sunglasses with a lanyard as you might lose them otherwise

This was fun. The ride... - This was fun. The ride was long—we were on the jet ski for a whole hour—so it was worth the money. Make sure you have goggles when you go. I didn’t, and the salty water kept getting in my eyes and almost ruined the experience. If you don’t have goggles, you can buy them there, but they’re overpriced.

Very nice experience - We really loved it. Beverages are not included as mentioned in the announcement. We did 1h45 min as mentioned.

Not expected - It’s a guided tour. We had to follow the instructor and stay in a single file line. Not expected and not what we paid for. Paid for 2 jet skis but only received 1 jet ski with 2 seats.

Disappointed, to say the least - This is a "guided" jet ski tour. I'm advanced with jet ski's, not a novice. The instructor have you follow in a single filed line the entire tour. I'm use to being given the distance guidelines and set free. This was weird.... So if you're looking for an "Exhilarating" experience... this isn't that! Period!

Don't do it! Worst tour ever! - This activity was so terrible, it is almost laughable. It took several attempts to get a response confirming our tour a few weeks before the trip. We could not find the driver at the cruise port, causing us to arrive late to the tour. Upon arrival, we were standing around for at least 10-15 minutes without any sort of greeting. Our family of 4 were told that another group already went out and we would have to wait. Most of the staff had broken English and could not explain how to complete the forms. She said something about a broken fax machine and I thought she was joking. We waited and were finally sent out with a male "guide." The guide did not say hello or tell us where we were going. He was too busy smoking a cigarette before we left (very close to the no smoking sign!) Thankfully, we are not new to jet skiing. The waves were at least 6-7 feet until we arrived at a calmer area. As others mentioned, the guide was so far ahead of us, we could barely see him. At one point, he was on his phone, completely ignoring us. If someone less experienced was on this tour and fell off their jet ski or had a problem, the guide would have been useless. When we got back, we wanted to change our clothes. The condition of the men's bathroom was disgusting. There was a sign that if you wanted to use the hose to rinse off, the fee is $5! This company is clearly taking advantage of tourists and has no understanding of customer service. Then, we asked the staff to call a taxi to get back to the port. They told us there were no taxis because it was New Year's Eve. Finally, they offered to drive us back in a staff car. They charged us double what we paid the driver to get to the tour! We didn't have a choice and were grateful for a ride. The woman driving was very sweet. The traffic was really bad since there is only one main road. We were about 3 miles from the port when we were involved in a car accident when we were hit from behind in a 3-car accident. Our car was leaking antifreeze, there was damage to all of the cars and the drivers were calling the police. Thankfully, there were no injuries. At this point, there was no choice except to walk 3 miles back to the port. When we finally arrived at the port hot and sweaty, we missed our afternoon scuba tour! The scuba tour company would not refund our money. Although I booked this tour as a request to go jet skiing from our college age sons, it turned out to be the worst tour we have ever had.
