Washington DC Tour from Williamsburg - This trip was absolutely amazing, Matt was so knowledgeable, entertaining, and patience. He was able to provide so much history details. I learned things I never knew. From the moment he pick us up until he dropped us off, he kept us engaged. It was the favorite part of my vacation. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone.

First visit to DC - This was our first time to DC and it was a blast. The coach was comfortable, Matt was well versed in his history and he was a wonderful host. Our group of four consisted of two grandparents over 60 and our two grands. Two things we did learn - bring sun screen and an umbrella! Our visit to Arlington lasted for about two hours and there was a lot of uphill walking. Wear comfortable shoes. The changing of the guard at the “Tomb of the Unknown” was a moving experience. We saw most of DC and had ample time for picture taking. As we drove along, Matt pointed out the different government buildings and explained the histories. We stopped at the Capital and the White House where we took pictures. We visited the Veterans Memorials and Lincoln Memorial, and other sites. It was a full nonstop day with lots of memories. The Park service does provide functional facilities at most stops. The price was well worth the adventure.

A little disappointed. - We planned this tour to be the highlight of our vacation. It fell short of our expectations. The tour started late and this had a domino effect on the day. Every stop was so rushed!! My husband and I are in our 70's and don't move as fast as use to. We had 45 mins at the Washington Mall to get to the bathroom (on opposite side of mall where we unloaded) see the Lincoln monument, the reflection pool and Washington Monument, the Vietnam memorial and the Korean memorial. We didn't have time for the Korean. At the Whitehouse, We had 15 mins to get off the bus a block away, wait to cross a busy street both ways and board. We didn't make it to the capitol. We were given 1hr 45 at the Smithsonian and this included lunch. The bus was 30 mins late returning but we didn't know so we spent 30 mins outside doing nothing. We were so late getting to Arlington that the team had stopped running. We couldn't walk the mile and a half so missed seeing everything. I think it would be better to under promise and over deliver than over promise and under deliver.
