- One Tree Hill: Karen’s Café / Clothes Over Bros. - Visit the site of Karen’s Cafe from the first 4 seasons, which later became Clothes over Bros. Remember when Haley was hit by Dante? That scene took place here!
- Hell’s Kitchen - Recall when Nathan danced on the bar while pursuing Haley? The bar was known as “The Swinging Donkey” and we’ll stop there for a quick refreshment and perhaps a fun activity!
- Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts - The intersection at 3rd and Princess is where Lucas and Keith had their accident…and look down 3rd St…this is where Peyton runs the red lights!

One Tree Hill continues to thrive here in Wilmington, NC. In partnership with TRIC & FWB Charity Events, E-Bike tours are now available, showcasing the most iconic One Tree Hill filming locations around downtown Wilmington and beyond. The tour begins with a meet-up, followed by visits to notable sites such as Brooke Davis’s house, Nathan’s House, Clothes over Bros, the Leyton Wedding venue, The Cracker Jack Table, and many more! Enjoy a guided journey through Wilmington on our easy-to-ride E-Bikes as we revisit countless OTH memories together! This tour spans approximately 4 hours and includes lunch, along with one or two stops for beverages and restrooms. Photos will be taken throughout the tour and shared via a Google Photos folder, and there might even be a few props to enhance the experience!
- All riders must be at least 16 years old to ride the E-Bike and at least 21 years old (with photo ID) if sampling Craft Beers.
