- Hell’s Kitchen - Recall when Nathan danced on the bar while pursuing Haley? The bar was known as “The Swinging Donkey” and we’ll stop there for a quick refreshment and perhaps a fun activity!
- Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts - The intersection at 3rd and Princess is where Lucas and Keith had their accident…and look down 3rd St…this is where Peyton runs the red lights!

One Tree Hill pervades the spirit of Wilmington, NC. Teaming up with TRIC & FWB Charity Events, we have launched guided E-Bike tours to the iconic One Tree Hill filming locations spread across downtown Wilmington and more. We start our journey visiting landmarks such as Brooke Davis’s abode, Nathan’s Residence, Clothes over Bros, Leyton Wedding venue, The Cracker Jack Table among other exciting locations. Savour a curated tour around Wilmington on our smooth-riding E-Bikes while we reminisce about OTH memories! This tour span roughly 4 hours and includes a lunch break and stops for refreshments or restroom breaks. Plus, I’ll be capturing moments throughout the tour, sharing all the photos in a Google Photos folder. And guess what? We might have a few props to amplify the fun!
- All riders must be at least 16 years old to ride the E-Bike and at least 21 years old (with photo ID) if sampling Craft Beers.

More Than a Tour—A True One Tree Hill Experience - This One Tree Hill bike tour was absolutely amazing. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and highly interactive, which made the experience even better. We got to see all the major filming locations, along with several spots we didn’t even know existed. The stop at the brewery for lunch was a delicious bonus and perfectly timed.
What really set this tour apart was how much effort Eric puts into making the show come alive. Since some locations have changed since filming, he took the time to explain exactly how they looked back then, helping you truly picture yourself in the scenes. He also took tons of photos and videos throughout the tour and sent them afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing everything ourselves. He truly went above and beyond—this is a must-do for any One Tree Hill fan

Best tour ever! - We had an absolute blast on Eric's OTH tour! He is so personable and you can tell he is so knowledgeable about OTH sites and just fun history facts in Wilmington. He makes the tour such a great experience for anyone whether your a OTH fan or just along for the ride. He goes the extra mile taking all the best photos for everyone. We highly recommend booking!! Thanks for a fantastic tour to remember.

Great experience will do another adventure with this company. - My son and I had such a great time! We were both new to riding electric bikes and Eric did a great informational session and trial before the adventure began so we felt comfortable and safe. . His knowledge on historical facts about Wilmington is incredible. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Helmets and a water bottle are provided. There is also a compartment on the bike with a zipper bag that is available to put items in and accommodated for me a 16 ounce water bottle, wallet, and cell phone.

If you love OTH, you will definitely love this tour! - The tour was great! He really knew his stuff and took you to just about any place in Wilmington that was OTH related! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend anything with Eric - Wife and I did this bike tour through historic Wilmington and got to see memorable OTH spots. Eric was fantastic. Everything he chooses for the ride is perfect including the lunch spot and drinks along the way. We even had the opportunity after our ride to have a drink with him and learn a little more history of the area. We hope to come back and do another tour with him.

Worth the buy - I went with my friends and we had a total blast with Eric visiting multiple One Tree Hill sites and locations. The e-bikes were easy to get used to and we all felt like e-bike pros by the end of the day. You could tell Eric took a lot of time and effort to make sure this was a great experience for OTH fans and brought us to filming locations that some people generally don't know about. He even sends you a video and pictures at the end to commemorate the whole trip. We even got some bonuses on this trip that was not expected which was awesome. Overall, it was a great time and would recommend this trip and would do it again.

You must do one of his ebike tours! - Could not be better! Eric was very informative, super energetic, and charismatic. So much fun, do not visit Wilmington without doing one of his ebike tours!
