Arrival in Windhoek – Relax and Settle In

Windhoek - Upon landing at Hosea Kutako International Airport, guests will receive a warm welcome and be transferred to their accommodation in Windhoek.

Windhoek - Take the opportunity to relax and unwind after the journey, with the remainder of the day free for leisure activities. Depending on the time of arrival, guests can explore the city center or enjoy a meal at one of Windhoek’s local dining establishments.

Into the Desert – Journey to Sesriem

Sesriem - Today marks the beginning of the journey into Namibia’s heart as we travel through the Khomas Highlands and picturesque mountain passes to reach Sesriem.

Namib-Naukluft Park - In the late afternoon, we will visit Sesriem Canyon, a natural rock gorge sculpted by ancient floodwaters, offering an intriguing short hike. Enjoy dinner and sunset views from the desert lodge, as the skies illuminate with stars in this tranquil, remote area. (Dinner included)

Sossusvlei Dunes, Deadvlei & Namib Desert Marvels

Dune 45 - Rise early to ascend the iconic Dune 45 at sunrise and enjoy the sweeping views over the world’s oldest desert.

Deadvlei - The journey continues to the haunting white clay pan of Deadvlei, adorned with ancient, fossilized trees, encircled by towering red dunes.

Sossusvlei - The day concludes with a visit to the Sossusvlei salt pans or Big Daddy dune, followed by a satisfying dinner back at the lodge. (Dinner included)

Desert to Coast – Balloon Ride & Swakopmund

Sossusvlei - For those seeking a magical start, an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over the glowing desert dunes is available. Optional

Walvis Bay Waterfront - We then proceed to the coast, pausing at Walvis Bay Lagoon to observe flamingos, pelicans, and possibly dolphins.

Swakopmund - In the afternoon, we arrive in Swakopmund for a brief sightseeing tour and free time to enjoy the delightful seaside town.

Sandwich Harbour & Skeleton Coast Experience

Walvis Bay - Optional: Today offers a unique 4x4 adventure to Sandwich Harbour, where the Namib Desert meets the Atlantic Ocean in towering dunes. Enjoy a secluded picnic lunch with expansive views of sand and sea, a perfect moment to appreciate Namibia’s wild beauty.

Damaraland Journey – Rocks, Tribes & Culture

Spitzkoppe - After breakfast, we travel north to the impressive granite peaks of Spitzkoppe, often referred to as the “Matterhorn of Namibia.”

Desert Elephants & Ancient Art

Twyfelfontein - Later, we visit Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ancient San rock engravings and petroglyphs. Explore nearby geological wonders like Burnt Mountain and the Organ Pipes before returning to the lodge to relax.

Etosha National Park – Safari Begins

Etosha National Park - After checking into the lodge, we embark on our first game drive in the park, spotting zebras, elephants, and possibly lions. As the sun sets, relax at a waterhole near the lodge, where wildlife often comes to drink in the evening light.

Full-Day Safari in Etosha – Optional Night Drive

Etosha National Park - Spend the day exploring Etosha on both morning and afternoon game drives, covering diverse areas of the park. Look out for large herds of antelope, elusive predators, and birdlife gathering around the salt pan and waterholes.

Etosha National Park - Optional: In the evening, guests may choose to join an optional night safari for a chance to spot hyenas, owls, and other nocturnal creatures.

Final Safari & Return to Windhoek

Etosha National Park - Enjoy a final morning safari en route to the southern exit gate, capturing last glimpses of Namibia’s spectacular wildlife.

Windhoek - We then travel back to Windhoek, stopping at craft markets in Okahandja where guests can purchase handmade souvenirs. The tour concludes with a drop-off at the hotel or Windhoek Airport in time for onward travel.
