Make sure you end up on a bus with Emma as tour guide! - We were the weekend of March 7&8 and the weather was really English, foggy and humid. But not on the hop-on-hop-off bus! There tourguide Emma let the sun shine! Rarely had such a cheerful and genuinely interested tourguide with so many fun facts. She articulated fantastic and was very well understood. Thank you Emma, thanks to you we got to Paddingstation in time for Heathrow Express.

Good if you want to see a lot - Emma was the best guide but thinks that this with 24 or 48 hours is a bit misleading when the buses stop running quite early has for me that the last tour left at 18.00 on all legs. can also be long waiting times at stops with heavy traffic

Won’t recommend for the price $$$ - The drivers were super polite but the red line which is the most important took to long to wait over one hour is not on time, the app is useless and even the other blue and the orange also took forever to arrive in the most important city sights.

A very frustrating experience — I would strongly recommend avoiding this company - Avoid this company — completely unreliable and extremely poor customer service. We booked tickets for the Windsor hop‑on hop‑off bus for 27 March, selecting the date directly on their website. The site clearly advertised that the first bus was at 9:30am, running every 60 minutes. We arrived at the stop at 10:15am, but no bus appeared. At 10:50am, I called the company and was told that no buses were running until 27 May. When I asked why their website allowed me to book for March if the service wasn’t operating, they had no explanation. After pressing further, they suddenly “found” a bus and said it would arrive in five minutes. By 11:05am, still no bus. I called again and was told a completely different story — that the bus was delayed because the driver needed to take a legal break. The bus finally arrived at 11:10am, and the staff on board explained that the timetable had changed and the first bus had actually run at 10:00am, not 9:30am as advertised. I fully understand that delays happen. What I don’t accept is being given four contradictory explanations by the same company within an hour. It’s clear they have no idea what their schedule is or what their staff are doing.
