- Mormon Row Historic District - Located in Grand Teton National Park, Mormon Row is a historic district popular for viewing and photographing the iconic Moulton barns. Named after the Mormon settlers who established homesteads there in the late 19th century, the district exemplifies early homesteading and the Mormon influence on the region’s settlement and irrigation systems.
- Glacier View Turnout - The Teton Range rises dramatically from the valley with no foothills to obstruct the view. Glaciers are nestled on the northeastern slopes of the highest peaks, including the Middle Teton and Teton glaciers. Climate change is causing these glaciers to retreat, with smaller glaciers retreating more rapidly than larger ones. Along the valley floor, conifer and cottonwood trees line the Snake River as it winds through the sagebrush flats.
- Schwabacher Landing - Schwabacher’s Landing is a location on the Snake River, almost directly east of Grand Teton, where the land flattens, providing easy river access. A dirt road leads from the main highway to various trailheads. This is a launch site for anglers and river rafters and is one of America’s most spectacular viewpoints.
- Moran - The entrance to the National Park, where park passes will be purchased.
- Oxbow Bend - Among the many breathtaking views of the Teton Range in the park, Oxbow Bend is one of the most iconic. A channel of the Snake River “bends” towards the turnout, often reflecting the towering Mount Moran in the background. This location offers stunning views of scenery and wildlife year-round, with trumpeter swans, otters, beavers, and bears occasionally seen from this turnout.
- Willow Flats Overlook - Willow Flats in Grand Teton National Park offers beautiful scenery and excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, especially for those interested in seeing moose, elk, and various bird species. The area is characterized by willows and wet meadows that provide habitat for these animals, and the view of the Teton Range across Jackson Lake is stunning.
- Jackson Lake - A concrete dam completed in 1916, offering panoramic views of Jackson Lake and the Grand Teton mountains.
- Jenny Lake - Jenny Lake is one of the most visited areas in Grand Teton National Park. Nestled at the base of the Teton Range, the lake is a centerpiece of the park. From the east shore, visitors can see Teewinot Mountain, Mount St. John, and into Cascade Canyon. From the west shore, visitors can look back across the lake towards the valley of Jackson Hole. An optional ferry ride is available for groups interested in this experience, and hikes around the area are also an option.
- Chapel Of The Transfiguration - A rustic 1925 log chapel with a renowned view of the Tetons’ tallest peaks through its altar window.
- Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center in Moose - The Grand Teton information hub offers natural history exhibits, a video, maps, and a book and gift shop.
- Moose Wilson Rd - Weather and time permitting, the iconic Moose-Wilson Road will be driven. This route offers opportunities for wildlife viewing and entry to the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve (LSRP). It was originally created by homesteaders who settled the area before it became a national park.
