Best in class West Yellowstone Tour - It was our first time in Montana and we wanted to see Yellowstone. We were on a condensed timeline (week-end only) and felt like signing up for a tour would be the best choice. Highly recommend this tour. Tour operator confirmed pick up a day before and we were picked up from our West Yellowstone hotel promptly without delays. Our tour guide Sandy was extremely knowledgeable and had a wealth of information about the history of the park and the sites she took us to. Tour van can go ahead of the line to major sites and they have a designated parking spot for tour companies even if parking lots are full which is a great value add and saves you a ton of time. We covered all major spots like Old Faithful, Artist Point, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone etc. and saw a lot of wildlife on the way, Sandy knew where wildlife is typically spotted at and took us to those spots which we would have never found on our own. We went at the end of September and morning started off chilly but by noon weather warmed up and was perfect for opening the van's glass top and sides, so it was like riding in a convertible which was great for taking photos and for enjoying fresh air. Sandy had water, soda and snacks, so no need to bring anything with you for this tour, just sign up and enjoy! At the end of the tour Sandy gave us recommendations for local dining options which was a great value-add. Thank you Sandy for a great experience and wonderful memories, much appreciated!

Superb Tour of Yellowstone—the most unique place on the planet - We did a one day tour with Sunny on what started out as a foggy Yellowstone morning in late September. Sunny the tour guide marshaled us through the mists, finding elk, bison and bears for us. Eventually the sky, too, became Sunny in a pristine blue sky that matched the colors of the thermal pools teeming with extremophile bacteria in the scalding water. Sunny (the tour guide) was knowledgeable, personable and entertaining throughout the day. The open air tour van added a bit of spice to our adventure in the park. It was a wonderful way to experience the place that is surely the most unique in the world. Highly recommended.

Lower loop in Yellowstone - Great way to see the lower loop of Yellowstone without driving and having to find a place to park. Sitting up higher on the bus gave you great advantage to see the wildlife. After it warmed up in the afternoon it was so nice to have the roof open. Sandy was our driver and was full of knowledge about the park. If we spotted wildlife she didn’t hesitate to turn around and go back so we could look and get pictures.

Hoping for a better tour, - Would have been nice if we could see better. Had to sit in back with smaller windows and could not see good, also every time guide pointed out something we could not see over and around 10 heads. Very disappointed, a lot of money for the tour to not see a lot.

Missed the Prismatic Spring - Great Tour except we didn't see the Great Prismatic Spring We had a long day touring Yellowstone with Dave. He picked us up at our motel in a Mercedes Bus that the top comes off. Great for photographers. It was a long day from Cody to the lower loop . So we saw most of the minor and important sights but 1 important one - The Grand Prismatic Spring. When asked why we weren't going to see the spring we were told that "there wasn't enough time and if we had a problem to take it up with my boss". I get it. Its a long day and it's been a long summer working probably more than wanted. However you folks need to get on the same page. The Spring is clearly advertised as a stop and is one of the most important reasons why people go to Yellowstone. So all I'm asking for is for you folks to get on the same page because we paid $600 for the tour and should have at least seen ALL the most important sights on the lower loop. Others who take the tour deserve to see all that they pay for and if there is no time to see it take it off the website as a stop.

Non existent tour - My wife booked this tour through your site, my credit card was billed well over 1000.00$ and we were given instructions where to meet the tour and the time , which was 7am. We were staying over an hour away, the morning of the tour we drove in a snow storm for a scheduled excursion through Yellowstone park from the West Gste. We arrived at the pick up location 15 minutes early at 6:45 and waited until it was 10 minutes past the time given. We began calling various numbers we had for the actual tour operator until finally we were able to get someone on the phone. They informed us that they only do summer tours and didn’t understand how we were able to book this through the site. Faced with no tour and a wasted day of my vacation through a strike of luck I found another tour company , who happened to have 4 seats open on one of their snow coaches for my group, we needed 5, I had to sit in the cab with the tour operator, not with my family for all 12 hours of the tour. I was grateful that my family at least had a good experience. I also had to pay another 1400$ , a bit more than the original tour , but I didn’t have much of a choice at that point or I could drive an hour and ten minutes back to Big Sky and have my vacation ruined. I wish I could give the site negative stars as if it wasn’t for my own resourcefulness as well as some mercy from another tour company we wouldn’t have gotten to see Yellowstone in the winter which was why we came out here from New Jersey to begin with.

They. Don’t answer calls - This is a disorganized group, they don’t answer phone calls, they don’t call you for Confirmation, and after listening to my messages that I left for them, they created lies to Viator stating that they showed up which they didn’t. They ruined my trip to Yellowstone and I’m surprised that Viator supports a disorganized group like this. They take advantage of senior citizens and do not try to correct the problem, but try to protect themselves by lying While I was waiting for them to show up, they don’t answer the phone but leave A maze of voicemail machine messages. Finally I called Viator, and he could not reach them either. I’m surprised that an organization like this would exist in the United States, beware of this disorganized group that does not care about their clients
