Embark on a full day of wildlife photography in the heart of Yellowstone’s wilderness, where every part of the landscape offers the potential for a memorable shot. Yellowstone’s varied ecosystems provide a unique chance to photograph animals in their natural behaviors and habitats, enhanced by the enchanting light from the park’s geysers and hot springs. From the famous Lamar and Hayden Valleys to the geothermal marvels of Norris Geyser Basin or the tranquil surroundings of Yellowstone Lake, photographers can capture the park’s wildlife and stunning scenery in diverse settings that suit their personal interests.
Guided by an experienced Naturalist Photographer, participants will explore the prime habitats for wolves, bears, bison, and many other species. Much of the time will be spent during the magical low-light hours when predators are most active, offering the best opportunity to capture natural behavior.
