An Amazingly Surprising Experience with Viator Xian! - We booked the Xian Tang Dynasty show through Viator, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. The show itself was absolutely brilliant — stunning choreography, flawless coordination, and simply mind-blowing performances that brought the Tang Dynasty to life! What made the evening even more special was the service from Viator Xian. We had made a last-minute booking and didn’t receive the location address right away, so we sent a message inquiring about pick-up arrangements. Shortly after, we received the address and took a cab to the venue. To our complete surprise, while we were at the show, we got a call from Viator offering a complimentary drop-off back to our hotel — something that wasn’t even included in our package! On top of that, I was gifted a cute soft toy panda, which was such a thoughtful gesture. After the show, we were personally greeted by a friendly and polite Viator Xian representative, which added a warm, personal touch to the evening. We are incredibly grateful for the unexpected kindness and attention to detail. None of these perks were part of the original deal, and yet they went above and beyond. Truly a 5-star experience — highly recommended.

Great Concierge - The staircase display at the end of the show was amazing. Very beautiful. The concierge helped us get our taxi after the show. He went over and beyond what I would have expected.

Totally worth It: go back through dance and music to the Tang Dynasty! - What an amazing experience!! The show was wonderful. You'll go back in time to the Tang Dynasty with the great perfomances guided by the live music. Sometimes you won't even know if looking at the dancing or the musicians playing the traditional instruments!! Although most of the show is about the dancing, they narrate the story in chinese but there are screens that project the story in English ( but really, the dancing and music tell the story by themselves). Also, the agency "Xi'An China travel service" was truly kind and helpful with us! We had some internet problems reaching the theather and they solved the trouble for us in no time:) also the manager of the agency stayed next to us to make sure we were getting good seats. Thanks to him we got the perfect point of view to fully enjoy the show, honestly, we can only say thank you to them and the show. Make time to enjoy this spectacle, totally worth your time in Xi'An.

Fantastic show and lovely evening. - Highly recommend this wonderful evening entertainment in Xi’an. We booked the dumpings option and arrived at 6pm which was perfect. Great staff met us at the door and welcomed us, super friendly. We went to our seats and being the first ones in we got lovely pictures of the room and stage. The food was really good. We messaged to mention our allergies and they catered for them wonderfully. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend this show to finish your day. Very good for money and very traditional performance.

Excellent show and operator - a special evening - Highly recommended! The show was amazing - I took my mum and it was an absolute highlight for her across our whole visit to China. I also really recommend this particular tour operator - when we arrived we were well taken care of by staff at the venue, were given a special gift, and even spoke with our booking agent who called to make sure we were fine - it was really lovely. We also received additional support at the end of the evening to book a taxi. If you're going to visit the show (and you should!) I recommend this option.

Beautiful show, great service - Really beautiful show with a live orchestra - so great to hear live traditional music. Really good service also, they sorted us a taxi back to our accommodation afterwards. A truly lovely evening

Highly recommended show - Very impressive show that tells the story of the Tang Dynasty in a very vivid way. Beautiful costumes, great stage design and matching music. Must recommend when visiting Xi’an. Just great !!!!

Fantastic show - The show was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful costumes, dancing and music. The addition of English subtitles on the screen made it easy to follow the story. We highly recommend adding this to your Xi’an trip. To top it off, the organizer was incredibly kind, offering us a ride back home and even giving us a thoughtful gift. A wonderful experience all around!

Fun Xi'An experience! - We were looking for something to do in Xi'an one evening and this show was highly recommended. We were able to get tickets last minute and we were not disappointed! The service was fantastic and the music/performance was incredible. English subtitles made it very easy to follow. It was a very enjoyable evening that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Must do in Xian - The Tang Dynasty Show is a must when in Xi’an. The costumes are so beautiful, the dancers and musicians amazing. We picked the dumpling option and It was great to try the different kinds of dumplings, some in fun frog, fish, porcupine, and bird shapes. The waitstaff was very attentive and so was the manager. The tour group handled everything well.
