Impeccable experience - Booking tickets for the Terracotta Army was quick and easy. We have received all the necessary information in advance, including details of timetables and directions to the site. At the entrance, the process was quick and smooth. The experience of the visit was extraordinary. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Xi’an

Suffice it to scan... - Suffice it to scan your passport to get in. Purchase ticket easy and hassle-free (a little surcharge of course there is but it was not possible to buy the ticket directly from the mausoleum website)

Everything as it should be - Nice, fast, easy booking. As for the museum itself, There is no need to say that it's worth it. If you are searching Viator to decide if you are going to visit the mausoleum, you are in the wrong track.

Family visit - Amazing. On entering turn right and go into the museum before entering the two main tombs as it explains everything and shows some of the Soldiers.
Lots of food and drinks places after the visit on the way out.

great booking but terrible experience for the crowd in August - the procedure for booking the ticket was immediate, but the terrible experience because of the amount of people crowded both at the entrance and inside. despite the beauty of the army, I do not recommend going in August, terrible!

Very crowded, pushing and shoving - Avoid a weekend and when Chinese children are off school. Try to visit in cooler weather. We tried going on Sunday and there was a long line waiting to get into another line for the big pit. Have been there 9 times before and never like this. But previous trip was 2015
