A great go-to site when traveling in China. - Very easy to book and purchase ticket.
I’ve used this site for purchasing train tickets previously and I have found customer service to be very good.
There’s a lot of helpful and useful information on the site.
I highly recommend this site as the go to guide when travelling in China.
Well done!

Must see - A must see. Be sure to set aside 4+ hours to see all of the areas. I hires a local guide out front and was glad I did.

Super easy! - I booked the tickets to see the terracotta warriors through viator . I received my email prior to my visit and added the tickets to my Apple wallet (up to you if you can/want to) Just show the code and walk in. It’s as easy as that , just remember your passport!

Public Bus 306 Information in Review - Public Bus Route 306 (Line 5) for tourists:
As of March 2025 the 306 does NOT go from Xi'an central railway station, but from Fangzhicheng metro station. At the metro station take exit A and upon reaching the outside main road, the 306 bus stop is located 100 metres to your right. The 306 buses are double-decker designs and it cost 5 Yuan each way.
You do not need to wake up early and get there for 08:30 as various blogs state. 08:30 low season is the busiest time (though still not super busy). At 08:30 I arrived and the ticket counter had only 3 people queuing for physical tickets. The price is 120 Yuan and cards were accepted. Most tourists are Chinese tour groups and so all their tickets are pre-bought. At 08:30 there were approximately 2,000 people, though nobody was arriving when I left after 2 hours at 10:30, which would seem to be the perfect time to visit, or thereafter.
2 hours exactly was sufficient for all 3 pits and the "museum".
The complex itself is very disappointing. The warriors are nevertheless worth seeing of course due to the uniqueness and consequent marvel they exhibit, but the actual site is beyond poor. The museum is 1/10. A joke. And the entire compound is dilapidated and abandoned in parts (even though they must be making hundreds of millions of dollars per year from ticket sales alone).

Excellent exhibits spoiled by boorish local tourists and local tour guidess - It was swarmed with local tourists. So very difficult to enjoy the exhibits.
My daughter and I were being shoved and squeezed to get to see the exhibits. Local tourists were boorish including the rude local tour guides which had no courtesy of queueing.
The saving grace was the exhibits which were very good.
The right time to go was lunch time, 12.30 pm - 1.30 p.m. where the local tourist crowd had thinned out a bit.
We went back again to take the pictures which we couldn't earlier.
Maybe, another 20 years for locals to gentrify??!!
If not for the boorish local tourists, I would have rated these exhibits much higher!

Refund of tickets - I could not access them and I am still waiting for the return of them, I had to buy others at the box office. I am very angry with the purchase, I made the request for refund of them but I have not received a reply. I'd appreciate resolution. Thank you.

The exhibition inside the exhibition hall is inspiring, but because the tickets purchased from the exquisite online cannot be used, I am very sorry - Tickets that have been booked on your website were refused at the entrance office of the Exhibition Hall of Solomon, believing that you did not receive the relevant notice from your website.
