You will have a Xi’an authentic local restaurant lunch before one hour drive back downtown for afternoon activities. Your guide and driver will drive you back hotel at end of this whole day tour.
- Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - Follow your guide to climb up to the top of the 600 years old Ancient City Wall, and enjoy around 30 minutes comfortable and quietly walking or rent a bike do 30 minites to 1 hour cycling exercise on the top of the wall. You also will see local people’s relaxation in moat park at the bottom of the Wall.
- Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta) - Big Wild Goose Pogoda is considered as one of the Xi’an History landmarks,a Great Tang dynasty culture relics temple. Your private guide will tell you why the pogoda is leaning, the relationship between the “Silk Road”and Tang, what is the Buddhist philosophy and how today’s China religion condition is. If your visit time is the chanting day, you will see a lot of monks and believers stay out changting in the yard.

Wonderful Tour - Highly Recommend - Agnes was a fantastic tour guide. It was an amazing day . No amount of photographs prepare you for the wonderful of the terracotta army. We dined in a family run noodle restaurant - delicious 😋

Wonderful Trip for anyone visiting Xi’an! - I’m very glad i decided to have a guided trip to Xi’an, and this service did not upset! The guide went above and beyond to ensure I was well educated on every attraction we came across, and even managed to find time to have me do extra activities. It was my first solo trip in China and I felt right at home. I highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Xi’an or in the area.

Xi’an day tour, February 24th, 2025 - Our guide Rosa was exceptional. She arrived on time and her drive was careful and considerate.
Rosa’s knowledge of the Chinese Dynasties was outstanding and she even drew parts so we fully understood the history. We could not have asked for a more wonderful guide.

Amazing day tour in Xi’an - We were a family of three from the US visiting Xi’an for the first time. We had an amazing experience with Catherine Lu tours. Our guide Agnes met us at our hotel lobby and was with us the entire day. She is extremely friendly, a great communicator and pointed out facts about the attractions that made the day interesting. We also loved our driver who was friendly and courteous! Highly recommend them for tours in China!

Amazing Xi'an Tour with Agnes - Agnes is an outstanding tour guide! She is highly knowledgable, flexible, and thorough. Her command of English is excellent. She expertly helped us to navigate the crowds at the Terracotta Warriors, ensuring we got the best views. She then took us to a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. We spent the balance of the day at the City Wall and Muslim Quarter -- both of which were very interesting. I highly recommend Agnes for your Xi'an tour!

Terracotta soldiers and walled city Xian - Agnes was my personal tour guide. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. She spoke fluent English and took her time to explain every aspect of the tour patiently. I spent the entire day with Agnes and feel confident in recommending her services.

Must do trip in Xi’an - Our tour guide Agnes was wonderful! She explained everything so well. We learned so much about the warriors and we had a chance to do two more things. We went to the bampo museum first which was interesting. Then we spent a lot of time at the warriors. We ended at the wild goose pagota which was beautiful!
