The unique Blind Tasting Experience allows guests to explore and distinguish the elements of three different wines. Participants gain insights into recognizing the unique flavors, textures, and aromas of each, enhancing their ability to identify the qualities they enjoy most in their favorite wines.

Lunch at Olio Bello includes gourmet wood-fired pizzas topped with local ingredients, fresh seasonal salads, and a glass of wine from the Blind Tasting Experience. This dining experience celebrates Mediterranean flavors with a focus on quality and freshness, all set amidst scenic olive groves.

• Peacetree Wines - Peacetree Estate provides an intimate experience at a boutique cellar door. Guests can explore a variety of wines with distinct Margaret River terroir, including Cabernet and Chardonnay, in their cozy cellar door.
• Fermoy Estate - Fermoy Estate offers a classic Margaret River winery experience, featuring tastings of award-winning wines, including their renowned Cabernet Sauvignon from the exceptional Wilyabrup subregion.

The day’s highlight is our Blind Tasting Experience: A Guided Wine Dissection. With our easy-to-use Tasting Technique and Template (plus ongoing access), you’ll create your own tasting notes and effortlessly identify complex colors, aromas, and flavors. This approach makes describing wine enjoyable and you’ll gain lasting knowledge to confidently assess any wine, in any setting.

Lunch is served at Olio Bello, featuring wood-fired pizzas, salads, wine, and olive oil plus skincare sampling. The afternoon includes tastings at two boutique wineries and a visit to a scenic vineyard for a glass of wine and a cheeseboard, ending with a brewery tour.
