Great fishing experience regardless wether you catch fish not - The tour bus pick-up was right from the place we stayed at in Yellowknife. The ride to the lake took about 30 min. The fishing shack was well heated with a wood stove and had tea/coffee supplies in it. Our host Willie was great. He is from the Eskimo Nation and showed us pictures of his predecessors, who were fishermen, as well as of his hamlet Ulukhaktok. Willie was very knowledgable about fishing and his assistant prepared for us a delicious lunch from fried fresh fish (inconnu). Highly recommended!!!

独钓寒江雪 - The fish meal was delicious, and the service was excellent and attentive. The room was nice and warm, and the staff gave a detailed explanation of fishing tips. With a bit of luck, you might even catch a fish yourself. The Indigenous people were very friendly, and their fishing skills were truly impressive.

fishing - Very interesting, fished, had a particularly good fried fish and salad, the house was very warm and warm, this indoor novice fishing ground is amazing! Constant temperature, comfort and no wind, no need to bring your own equipment, the store provides a full set of fishing gear and bait free of charge, you can go empty-handed. Newbies can also quickly experience the thrill of fishing, and there are people who patiently guide the throwing of poles, bleaching skills, and can get started in minutes. The environment is clean and tidy, no smell of mud, whether it's decompression and relaxation or parent-child interaction is super appropriate, no "Air Force" concerns at all, novices first choice!

Fun and Informative - This was our first time experiencing ice fishing. The fishing hut was clean and warm and our host, Willie, provided us with very interesting stories about life as an Inuit. The lunch was OK. We were lucky to catch a pike. All in all, it was a fun, peaceful and informative tour.

Warm cabins, not enough guidance - While the guides were very friendly and kind, there was minimal instruction as we were beginners. We did not realize that there were instructions until we attended the snowmobile excursion later that week with the owner who provided instruction to the fishing group that shared the same bus. The cabins were also covered with the garbage of the morning group. We had bad luck with catching fish, but some other cabins caught some. The heated cabins made the experience warm and more enjoyable.
