The tour to Garni and Geghard lasts approximately 3.5 hours. The Garni Temple is perched atop the Azat Canyon in the village of Garni. The Geghard Monastery, a 15-minute drive from Garni, is partially carved into a cave. It once housed the spear that wounded Jesus during the Crucifixion. Both Garni and Geghard are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
