Very nice travel experience - Marina was an excellent guide, well prepared, very friendly. They understood everything well. The driver (Alexander) was very knowledgeable and safe. The program was interesting and varied.

Beautiful experience - Beautiful experience. Driver Alexander very good and kind, guide Marina super prepared to explain all his knowledge and answer questions. Also very kind in not rushing the group, to respect the needs of all.

A wonderful day - Wonderful experience thanks to the presence of a guide not only super prepared but also very helpful. Marina did not just explain historical facts but allowed us to make a real journey into Armenian culture. Speaking of travel, we must mention the driver: Alexander. As a person who suffers a lot the car and even more the bus I just want to thank him because his guide, quiet and safe, made this tour, for me it is my family, perfect!

Interesting city! - It's an interesting city, which should be protected by UNESCO. Its buildings are mainly 19th-20th century. During the journey you pass through the "Siberia" of Armenia!

Laid-back and more exploring - The people at Hyur Service go above and beyond! Amazing company that strive for excellence.
This tour was more laid back, and more self-examination, we ended up seeing several weddings going on.
The driver Levin and our guide Monica were both fantastic.
I ended up taking three different tours with Hyur Service, and have used them previous on my earlier visits to Armenia.

Great tour with Hyur Service and tour guide Manya - Gymri tour was good, small but pretty town. Plenty of time to explore. Hyur Service organised the tour perfectly. Excellent guide. Highly recommended

The journey wasn't onerous with the beautiful driver Lavon. - Learned many interesting things about the architecture of Armenian monasteries, got deeper into the philosophy of the Armenian family with beautiful, educated, benevolent Manya Gevorkyan, a real Armenian woman with a capital letter.

Awesome guides but Gyumri was underwhelming - Marina and Alexander were awesome. Unfortunately I found Gyumri to be underwhelming and the museum to be rather boring. Black fortress was cool. I got my hopes up and thought we were going to visit kurds but we didnt. I wanted to get out and see the sun temple and meet a kurd. That would have made it amazing. The final church was definitely interesting. The guide was awesome just wasnt my favorite tour personally.

Well organized tour, but Gyumri we didn't like it very much... - We chose this tour attracted by the great publicity that is done, and as comfortable as the trip was, in a large and clean coach, we did not much appreciate Gyumri: there is really too little to see beautiful and interesting.
Our guide has worked in a thousand ways to try to make our excursion as interesting as possible, but the material to work on was very little...
It went a little better, if only slightly better, with Harichavank.
There are definitely much more interesting tours to do while in Armenia!
