• Lake Sevan - The tour begins at Sevanavank, a 4th-century site recognized as a UNESCO cultural heritage location. The initial church of this complex was constructed in 305 by Gregory the Illuminator. This monastery is also referred to as “Mariamashen,” meaning “built by Mariam.” An inscription on one of the churches indicates that Sevanavank was established by Princess Mariam in 874.
• Haghartsin Monastery - Also known as Hałarcin Monastery, this 13th-century monastery is situated near Dilijan in Armenia’s Tavush Province. It was constructed between the 10th and 13th centuries, largely under the patronage of the Bagratuni dynasty.

• Makaravank Monastery - This Armenian monastic complex from the 10th to 13th centuries is located 3 km southwest of Achajur village, on the slopes of Mount Paitatap. The complex includes the main church, a narthex, and a second ancient church.
