Great experience with a great company - Tour agency is very professional and adaptive if you need to make changes. Convenient pick up spot at the Republic square, lunch is additional but cheap at ~3200 Dram, or about 7.50 euroes. Sevan is a wonderful place, with excellent views, a religious site, and lots of little shops and stalls for souvenirs. Also, Armenians are incredibly hospitable and proud of their history

Great stops, amazing day - This day tour was a wonderful way to explore some of Armenia’s most beautiful destinations in a short amount of time. Each stop offered something unique, from stunning nature to rich history and peaceful monasteries. Unfortunately Dilijan was cancelled due to weather, but I still enjoyed the tour.

A long day out on a cramped bus. Excellent driver. Lots of snow - It was a snowy day so a bit disrupted as a Few roads were blocked and there was some traffic chaos near the cable car. Our driver was excellent and drove very safely in the conditions. The bus was too small for 16 people. The last row of seats would have been tight for a child. It felt claustrophobic. Take the back seats out and give everyone some more comfort. The tour timings were a bit off because of the weather but we did not need to spend an hour at a roadside service station and end up with only 15 minutes in darkness at Dilijan village which appeared to be the prettiest place on our trip. Having a tour guide would have allowed for some more flexibility. And more enjoyment of the tour. We will know for next time.

The tragedy of Viator in Armenia - The tour was supposed to start at 9:00 and Viator should have sent us information about the bus number in advance. There was no information given. At 9:30 nobody was at the meeting point. We tried calling to several phone numbers associated with the tour, we called and messaged to customer support with no success. We decided to leave and only by luck a random bus driver encouraged us to wait. At last our tour guide came at 9:45 in an unmarked van. He didn’t speak any english at all. The tour itself was very mediocore. We had very little time for interesting places and long periods of time for places with nothing to see. On top of that, we didn’t even visit every sight that we planned and paid for due to a “broken road”. Again, with no information given in advance. I personally think that it was a revenge as we declined to have lunch in a tourist trap restaurant. I definitely don’t recommend booking a tour via Viator. The website wasn’t functional. They give no information and it’s impossible to contact them when you need it most.
