Frightfully delightful - Phil and Bob made this a trip to not forget. Gave a factual account of hauntings around York (didn't quite believe during tour so googled after). Very nice mix of humour/fright/knowledge/seeing York. Very nice precursor to dinner (6pm tour).

Would definitely recommend The Ghost Bus Tour to anybody planning a visit to York,.. mmwwaahhhh ah ha ha 👻💀👻 - Booked this as a ghoulish Mother's Day gift as thought it would be something completely different, and it was 👍👻 The meeting point was nice and easy to find and the whole booking process was easy and straight forward. Phil & Bob were great,... Phil looked after all the passengers and was very entertaining, he was very animated and articulated throughout,... luckily he was on hand when I got possessed by Margaret 🤔👻🤣 Would definitely recommend The Ghost Bus Tour to anybody planning a visit to York,.. mmwwaahhhh ah ha ha 👻💀👻

Amzing - Me as my boyfriend have been three years in a row and it never gets boring or seems the same. We have had a different person every year and each time it is educational, spooky and funny. Recommend this to anyone

A great guide, but there was room to improve - I strongly recommend some form of York tour, and York is perfect for a ghost tour. For this particular tour, it was not clear where to meet. My tickets did not say, and I got some conflicting information online. The meeting location is the RD bus stop at the train station, the bus will just pull up. Currently, there is a lot of construction at the York train station so it’s quite chaotic there. Frankly, a little bit of signage at the bus stop would have been helpful. The double decker bus was decorated in a haunted mystic (with a few minor special effects) which was fun. I do recommend that they try to dim the lights on the bus a bit more. It was difficult to see outside in some areas…with York being quite dark. That said, we had a great time, and Phil did a great job narrating. You do get out at one point which was a good stop.
