Begin your journey at 8 AM with a pick-up from your hotel in Cairo, traveling to Fayoum in a private, air-conditioned car. The distance to Fayoum is 150 km, leading to Tunis Village.

WADI EL-HITAN is a fossil-rich area, considered an open museum, dating back 45 million years. It contains petrified primitive whale skeletons, shark teeth, and fossils.

Then, proceed to The Magic Lake and Gebel Al-Mudawara.

One of Egypt’s most stunning lakes, the Magic Lake, overlooks sand dunes. This beautiful lake is located in Wadi El Rayan in Fayoum and is aptly named the Magic Lake.

This stunning lake is situated in Wadi El Rayan in Fayoum and is known as the Magic Lake.

Wadi El-Rayan - The next day, after breakfast at the campsite, explore other activities such as visiting the waterfalls, enjoying a small boat ride on the lake, and capturing beautiful photos. An optional one-hour quad bike ride around the lake is also available. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Cairo, arriving at your hotel by 5 PM.

Our excursion is splendid as it allows you to heavily indulge in seeing Qarun Lake, the largest Lake in Egypt, followed by the captivating Waterfalls. The journey continues with sightings of 3 lakes nestled within the desert and more Waterfalls. Additionally, you will also get to observe the Magic Lake, known to magically alter its hues several times throughout the day.
