My wife and I used this... - My wife and I used this transfer service twice-from the airport to out hotel on o7/29 and back to Quebec airport on 08/02. It could not have gone better. We had the same driver Gilles on both ways. He was perfectly on time-waiting at the airport on 07/29- arriving about 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time on 08/02. He could not have been more solicitous about our needs and comfort or more charming when he apologized about his English. Trust me it was much better than the more limited French of my wife and myself. All in all I would definitely We would definitely recommend booking with YQB Airport Transfer.

Moderate amount of... - Moderate amount of walking - also had a hard time finding the point of departure -we were on foot and maps was not accurate but they helped us find it - guide was conpetejt and friendly- she accommodated our diverse group- not much was said about the indigenous people which could be further integrated into her perspective. Thanks!

Great experience booking with this car service! - Isabella was ready for us as soon as we got out of customs. Helped us load all our luggage in the SUV. When we found out we got to the wrong door of the hotel, she helped with all our luggage and walked to the right door and up the stairs. Would definitely book again the next time we are in Quebec City.
