Fantastic Tour A Must Do - Fantastic day with experienced and knowledgeable tour guides. A second hour of free time at the ruins to explore and shop would have made it a perfect day.

Fantastic tour – it doesn’t get any better! - This tour was just great and perfectly organized! Especially great was the small group with only 7 people – so everything was very personal, relaxed and without stress. Our guide Jesús was absolutely great: extremely knowledgeable, always in a good mood, full of humor and always open to all questions. In addition, he was constantly taking photos of us, which was helpful. A huge plus was that we visited all the places very early, even before mass tourism started. We had enough free time everywhere and could enjoy everything in peace. The pickup was super punctual and the ride was very pleasant and fast thanks to the great driver (David?). Snacks, plenty of water and good music in the car. Overall, an absolutely perfect tour that we would recommend 100% – a real highlight of our trip!

Best tour with awesome tour guide! - Our tour guide, Nancy made this tour well worth our time and money spent! She was knowledgeable and very friendly! And she spoke both English and Spanish. They have room for 15 people. There were 7 people on the tour with 2 tour guides. Our family of 5 were lucky enough to have Nancy as our dedicated guide. She took great pictures too! I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a small tour!

Wonderful small group tour - Gina, Carlos and Juan were so attentive and friendly. We were travelling with another couple and our small group tour ended up being us and one other person. On the drive they provided lots of historical information about the area as well as conversing personally with us. They then took us around Chichen itza site and talked about the different architectural designs and their importance and then had free time to look around. Beautiful cenote swim, lunch and then free time in Valladolid. Such an amazing day.

Fantastic - The organization was fabulous, the Enterprise always attentive to our needs and what to say about the driver Marcela and the guide Nury, some loves of girls who helped us and were aware of our needs all the time. To repeat for sure!!!

Highly recommended - We have just returned from the tour with Marcela (driver) and Gina (guide) and we can not be happier and more satisfied with our choice. Looking for excursions to make during our stay in Costa Mujeres we reviewed different providers and, without a doubt, we would choose Riviera Maya Excursions again. This is for a number of reasons: 1. The approach of the tour makes it possible to reach all points of the visit from the former. Being able to enjoy Chichen Itza and the cenote almost without people, without a doubt, makes a difference. Scared to see the pickup times on the voucher (in our case, 5:00 am), we have strongly appreciated it. 2. Pick-up hours have been extremely punctual. Marcela was like clockwork at 5:00 am to pick us up. Since then, his care has been unbeatable and his driving has been magnificent and safe at all times. Sometimes in this kind of tour you find drivers who leave a lot to be desired, but that has NOT been the case with Marcela. 3. Gina's explanations have been very detailed and easy to follow, making the visit very enjoyable. 4. The visiting group has been very small (four people). That's made attention very close. In this kind of excursions, which are often crowded, it has been a pleasure to have such a small group. 5. Service in Costa Mujeres. Not all providers do and it is appreciated to have this Service.

Great trip, great guides but too long in the van. - I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the guides. One issue was that they had to cancel our lunch in Valladolid and book for a different trip to ruins south. This was absolutely fine, but we were in Cancun… the rest of the group was in Playa Del Carmen or Tulum. We were the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off. This added 4 hours to the trip, no kidding.

Best guide, amazing place - I hope I have his name correct, Jesus. One of the best tour guides ever. The exact type of person for the job, and in playa del Carmen, we had some unbelievably bad ones. So thank you!

A good small group excursion with excellent knowledge - Great tour in a small group which was perfect, at times it did feel a bit rushed but overall a very good experience. I would have liked some more time at cenote Ik Kil as 30 minutes for swimming then 30 mins for food felt a bit rushed so i would amend this tour by making more time at ik kil please in the future. Overall a good experience

Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere! - Unfortunately I cannot give a good review for this experience. We booked several days in advance and our pickup time was scheduled for 5:30 am. We waited an hour for transport to arrive but they never came. We received no communications from them. We tried contacting the agency on several occasions and our calls went unanswered. We didn’t receive a response until several hours later. Similar to other reviews, we believe they simply chose to cancel since our hotel location was inconvenient for pickup or they didn’t have enough people signed up. We’ve booked activities online in the past with no issues, however, we will not book with this group ever again.
