Ayers Rock Airport - Visitors can enjoy a complimentary pick-up service from Ayers Rock Airport, Yulara Resort, or Ayers Rock Campground, marking the start of their outback adventure.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre - Be prepared to be amazed by the heart of the Red Centre, rich in heritage and Aboriginal significance, which is explored further at the interpretive cultural centre.

Mutitjulu Waterhole - Experience Uluru up close, the massive monolith, by embarking on a base walk to the Mutitjulu waterhole, where sacred rock art sites and ancient creation stories await discovery.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park - Discover the stunning Kantju Gorge, featuring Central Australia’s tallest waterfall and an elders’ cave, and conclude the day with a breathtaking sunset at Uluru lookout, paired with a satisfying dinner.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park to Ayers Rock / Yulara Resort

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park - Start the day early with a light breakfast and head towards a stunning sunrise in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. The majestic silhouette of Kata Tjuta is a sight to behold.

Valley of the Winds - Set out on an invigorating hike through the breathtaking Valley of the Winds (grade 4 walk, in parts) or Walpa Gorge (an easier walk), admiring the impressive conglomerate rock formations.

Kata Tjuta - The Olgas - Complete the Kata Tjuta adventure and return to Yulara Resort or Ayers Rock Airport for the next leg of the journey. The estimated drop-off time is shortly after midday. To ensure a seamless trip, it is highly recommended to book an extra night in Yulara in case of unexpected delays within the National Park. Driving distance: 150 km. Hike distance: 2-5 km / 2-4 hours (weather dependent).

The park was first added to the list in 1987, when the international community recognised its spectacular geological formations, rare plants and animals, and outstanding natural beauty. Your expert local guide will uncover some of the incredible secrets the Rock offering guided -commentary, stories and hidden gems that really bring this place to life. We have comfortable twin safari tents providing a little more comfort, privacy and security, or you can try out a traditional swag experience (canvas-covered bedroll).

• A minimum moderate to advanced level of fitness is required to complete the walks. Therefore a medium/high level of fitness is required and a doctor’s certificate is required for people over 75 years (30 days prior to travel).
• The tour operator must be notified of any known medical conditions at the time of booking. This is a very physical tour and requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility.
• While we endeavour to cater to most dietary needs, passengers must advise dietary requirements to their booking agent at the time of booking. As we are venturing to remote areas we are very limited in what we can source once the tour departs, therefore prior notice is required.
• Children aged between 8 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. Not suitable for infants or children 7 years and under, due to safety requirements and the level of fitness required to complete the walk.
• Limited storage space in our vehicles. Baggage must be kept to 1 x 15kg travel bag, 1 x 5kg day bag. Not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, wheelchairs, walkers or strollers.
• Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing.
• Please advise at time of booking whether you require a hire of a sleeping bag?
• Guests are asked to participate in the preparation of meals, clean up and vehicle unpacking/loading, so everyone can relax together after a long day of touring. It’s also a great way to get to know and connect with your fellow travellers.
