Guided by enthusiastic experts, each walk provides captivating insights into the distinctive behaviors, personalities, and challenges of the exotic primates we have rescued. Discover their lives in the wild and in captivity, along with the ongoing efforts to safeguard them.
Our sanctuary currently hosts seven different species of rescued exotic primates, each with a unique story. As you stroll through the forest, watch for some of the amazing native wildlife that naturally inhabits the area—Natal Duiker, Blue Duiker, Bushbuck, Vervet monkeys, and Thick-Tailed Bush Babies—along with a stunning array of birdlife.
Tours are conducted in English and depart every 30 minutes from our reception. Whether you’re a wildlife enthusiast, a curious explorer, or simply seeking a unique experience, this forest adventure is sure to inspire and educate.

Educational Guided Tours: Our expert guides conduct enlightening walks through the forest, departing every 30 minutes. Tours are available in English and isiZulu, with German tours provided with 48-hour notice.
Family-Friendly Facilities: Beyond the forest, take advantage of our on-site amenities, including a pizza restaurant, souvenir shop, children’s jungle gym, and an environmental cinema, making it an ideal outing for visitors of all ages.
