Led by passionate guides, each walk offers fascinating insights into the unique behaviours, personalities, and challenges of the exotic primates we’ve rescued. You’ll learn about their lives both in the wild and in captivity, and the ongoing efforts to protect them.
Our sanctuary is currently home to seven different species of rescued exotic primates, each with their own remarkable story. As you wander through the forest, keep an eye out for some of the incredible indigenous wildlife that naturally inhabit the area—Natal Duiker, Blue Duiker, Bushbuck, Vervet monkeys, and Thick-Tailed Bush Babies—along with a spectacular variety of birdlife.
Tours are offered in English and depart every 30 minutes from our reception. Whether you’re a wildlife enthusiast, a curious explorer, or simply looking for a unique experience, this forest adventure promises to inspire and educate.

Educational Guided Tours: Our expert guides conduct enlightening walks through the forest, departing every 30 minutes. Tours are available in English and isiZulu, with German tours provided with 48-hour notice.
Family-Friendly Facilities: Beyond the forest, take advantage of our on-site amenities, including a pizza restaurant, souvenir shop, children’s jungle gym, and an environmental cinema, making it an ideal outing for visitors of all ages.
