Zagora - Embark on a private 2-day, 1-night desert adventure, departing from Marrakech at approximately 7 a.m. The journey begins with a scenic drive across the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi Ntichka road, where a stop will be made to admire the stunning panoramic views from the mountain’s summit.
The first major stop is the UNESCO World Heritage site, Ait-Ben-Haddou Kasbah, renowned for its fortified Kasbahs and as a filming location for movies like The Mummy, Prince of Persia, and Gladiator. A local guide will enhance your visit by leading a walk through the Kasbahs and ancient Berber houses.
After lunch, the journey continues towards Zagora, passing through Ouarzazate city, which will be explored on the return trip. The drive proceeds through the Daraa Valley. Upon reaching Zagora, camels will be ready to take you on a ride to the desert camp, where a traditional dinner and local music entertainment await. You will spend the night in a Berber tent.
Zagora - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
Ouarzazate - On the second day of your private desert trip, rise early to witness the sunrise and enjoy breakfast at the camp. Following this, a camel ride will bring you back to your driver to commence the return journey to Marrakech.
