Great Tour - Željka (sp?) was our guide and had extensive knowledge of the city. She was personable, energetic and excited to share the history of Zagreb. The tour took us through downtown and uptown Zagreb with many stops along the way. We REALLY enjoyed the tour and learning the history of this city! We recommend this tour to anyone who finds themselves in Zagreb with a few hours to spare! She also provided great recommendations for museums, foods to try and restaurants!

Amazing tour! - Zeleka was an amazing guide. So friendly and informative. She took the time to explain to us the history of Zagreb relating to each part of the city we visited. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, Zeleka, if you read this we went to Tac and had a wonderful experience. Take the tour you won’t regret it. Oh, and the stop for ice cream half way through the tour was so enjoyable.

Fun. Interesting. - Today, I had the absolute pleasure of embarking on a bicycle tour through the beautiful streets of Zagreb, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my time here. With our guide, Fillip, leading the way, the experience was not just educational but also an incredible amount of fun. If you’re considering a unique and active way to explore this city, this tour is an absolute must. Right from the start, Fillip set a welcoming tone. His warm personality and quick wit immediately put everyone at ease, and I knew I was in for an engaging adventure. Throughout the ride, Fillip proved to be a treasure trove of knowledge, weaving fascinating stories about Zagreb’s history, culture, and landmarks into every stop along the route. What stood out most was how he made history come alive with humor and relatable anecdotes. It wasn’t just a history lesson; it felt like being transported back in time to witness the events firsthand. The route itself was perfect, offering a mix of Zagreb’s must-see highlights and some hidden gems that I never would have found on my own. We pedaled through charming cobblestone streets, bustling squares, and serene parks, each location accompanied by Fillip’s insightful commentary. He was always mindful of the group’s pace, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and could enjoy the surroundings. Even for someone like me who enjoys cycling but doesn’t do it every day, the pace was manageable and enjoyable. One of my favorite moments was when we stopped by one of Zagreb’s historical landmarks, and Fillip shared a particularly amusing story about its origins. His humor turned what could have been a straightforward fact into a moment of laughter and connection. It’s clear that Fillip not only knows his stuff but also genuinely loves sharing it with others. That enthusiasm is contagious, making the experience all the more memorable. Beyond his knowledge and humor, Fillip was simply great company. He engaged with everyone individually, asking about where we were from and our experiences in Croatia so far. This made the tour feel personalized, like exploring the city with a friend rather than just a guide. His ability to make everyone feel included and valued is a rare skill, and it made the group dynamic so enjoyable. By the end of the tour, I not only felt like I had learned so much about Zagreb’s history and culture, but I also felt a deeper connection to the city. Fillip’s passion for his hometown shines through in everything he does, and it’s impossible not to be inspired by it. If you’re visiting Zagreb and want to see the city through the eyes of someone who clearly loves and understands it, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Fillip. Whether you’re a history buff, a casual tourist, or just someone looking for a fun and active way to explore, this tour delivers on every level. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know!

Best tour of Zagreb - I have visited Zagreb 2 times in the past, but both those were whistle-stop passing through visits, and with my last visit over 10 years ago, I was wanting to see as much of Zagreb as I can when over for a Croatia v Scotland football match. Booked this tour and really glad I did. My guide was Filip, and apart from myself, there was only one American couple on the tour, so it was effectively a private tour of the city. At the time of the tour, Zagreb was still feeling the effects of the Earthquake the previous year, so quite a lot of the buildings still had scaffolding up, which gave the tour quite a strange vibe at times, but across almost 2.5 hours a lot of ground is covered, and you will be glad that you did it by bike. You start off in the lower town where you visit the square and buildings that date back to the Austro-Hungarian times, and after a short coffee stop, you cycle through one of the WW2 tunnels that connect the city and takes you into the upper town. Highlight of the tour is being at the clock town in time to hear the lunch time canon go off, and boy! does that leave you deaf!!!!! Filip was a great guide and really brought the city to life, so I can highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Zagreb.

Good Tour! - It is a nice tour. The bikes are in good shape, 8 speed.... never got out of first gear as the route was busy with pedestrians and trams/buses. Not for non bicyclists as there is cobblestone and busy maneuvering through crowds
