• Aristeon Ecological Olive Press - The Aristeon Olive Press is a traditional family business located in Lithakia, Zakynthos. The journey began in 1850 with the traditional animal-powered press, part of which still exists today. It then transitioned to metal and later to hydraulic presses.
  Join us for a step-by-step guided tour through the olive oil production process, from the 18th-century wooden olive press to today’s modern two-phase centrifuge separator. We invite you to taste our olive oil with homemade bread and local olives.

The tour kicks off at Stranis Hill, the first viewpoint of the day. This serene spot provides breathtaking views of the town and harbor and is renowned as the location where the Greek national poet Dionysios Solomos penned the verses that became Greece’s national anthem.

Proceed a short distance to the nearby Bohali Viewpoint and the Venetian Castle area. From this vantage point, you will witness one of the most iconic views of Zakynthos Town.

The scenic journey continues with a visit to the Tsilivi Viewpoint, which offers a magnificent open-sea panorama.

Next, head to the family-operated Solomos Winery for a guided wine tasting. Explore local grape varieties and savor selected wines.

The final stop is at the historic Aristeon Olive Press, where traditional olive oil production is showcased alongside modern techniques. Stroll through the small museum, observe the old stone mill, and indulge in a premium olive oil tasting.
