Aristeon Ecological Olive Press - The Aristeon Olive Press is a traditional family business located in Lithakia, Zakynthos. The journey began in 1850 with the traditional animal-powered press, part of which still exists today. It then transitioned to metal and later to hydraulic presses.
Join us for a step-by-step guided tour through the olive oil production process, from the 18th-century wooden olive press to today’s modern two-phase centrifuge separator. We invite you to taste our olive oil with homemade bread and local olives.
