A Wonderful Private Tour of Zaragoza - My husband and I booked a private two hour walking tour of Zaragoza with a local. David, our tour guide, was exceptional! We were able to see many of the top sites on this tour, with David providing us with the rich history of not only these sites but also the history of Zaragoza. We spent time in the exquisite Nuestra Senora de La Pilar Basilica and even ascended to the top of one of its towers for commanding views of this lovely city. David also provided us with recommendations for dining establishments, always helpful in a new city. Thank you, David, for introducing us and making us feel welcome in Zaragoza!

Great tour with an excellent guide - We both really enjoyed the tour. Jose’s passion, wealth of knowledge and curiosity for the city was contagious. My wife and me spend few hours after buzzing, talking about Zaragoza. I would recommend this experience to any one. Also Zaragoza turned out to be a hidden gem of Europe.

José is an amazing guide! - We chose to do a more history based tour and were paired with José as our guide. Not only was he knowledgeable about the city and its monuments l, but he also happened to be a geologist/paleontologist! He was able to share all kinds of insights you wouldn't get through a regular tour! Our tour ended up running a little over time because we all could have talked forever! José also gave us some great recommendations for more museums and restaurants to check out after the tour (the Roman ones are awesome!) If you are interested in the history of Zaragoza, we cannot recommend José enough.

Great tour with a great guide - The guide customized the tour based on my interests, which I really appreciated. The most memorable part was probably going up the tour inside the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar.

Exceptional Historical and Monument Orientation Tour - We deeply appreciated the comprehensive city walking tour by our guide. He provided insights into the facinating history of Zaragoza upon our arrival to the city. His knowledge and love of the city and its people was evident as was his graciousness in answering all our questions. Our time together prepared us quite well for our remaining days in Zaragoza. Gracias!

Cancellation, cancellation, cancellation - We started our tour of Spain in December 2024 and landed in Barcelona with huge expectations. We had planned a halt in Zaragoza for about 6 hours on our way to Seville on December 28th. We booked a walking tour on booking . com with Guydeez and completed all the details that were asked for. A day or two before the we were supposed to make our trip to Zaragoza, Guydeez contacted us to inform us that they could not arrange for any guide for usand that they'd be canceling our booking. So there we were, in a foreign country, limited by an inability to make any alternate arrangements at such short notice, our train tickets in hand, and clueless about what to do at Zaragoza. We tried hurriedly again to make arrangements for a guide in Zaragoza, again on booking . com. We came across a very similar tour that had been canceled on us. We desperately booked it, only to get a text from Guydeez that they were unable to have a guide ready. Wouldn't it have been a lot easier for Guydeez to just remove the December 28th, 11 AM slot altogether from all the booking sites? We did go to Zaragoza, quite clueless about the place. Managed to get to the town center and it was magnificent. Also got into a mass in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pilar and enjoyed the beauty and grandeur of it. Then we took a taxi to the Aljaferia Palace, where we were told that there were tickets to get in and that we could not get them in time before our time to leave(something that a guide would have told us). We made the most of it, went around the palace's huge ground and then had the pure joy of riding the bus back to the train station. Guydeez made sure that our trip to Zaragoza was a total washout even before it started. I would not recommend them to anyone. The good thing is, they were the only blot on our otherwise superb trip to Spain. What a country and such nice people. They did refund the money we paid, but I had paid for an experience, which I never got to have.
