South Tahoe wine cruise - Crew was entertaining and knowledgeable. The wine’s presented were all from the same vineyard and very good. The appetizers and snacks were excellent. Would definitely go again.

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to see Lake Tahoe on a summer evening. The tour was about 2.5 hours long and we went into Emerald Bay. They served a nice array of appetizers, including shrimp cocktail, a charcuterie board, mini quiches, and more. it was enough for us for a light dinner. There were four selections of wine, and the host poured us a little extra that was left over from the prior tour. Sam was a great bartender! Highly recommend it.

Great views, disappointing wine experience. - We took a chance since we didn't see any reviews for this wine cruise as it appears to be a fairly new offering and did it with a group of four attended on a Saturday evening. While we appreciated the friendly crew and the clean, well-kept boat, we were ultimately disappointed by the wine experience, which was a key reason we chose this cruise over others. The cruise was advertised as featuring six wines, but only four were offered. Moreover, the pours were quite limited—amounting to roughly two glasses of wine over 2.5 hours—and staff were reluctant to offer second tastings. We were even reminded that “this isn’t a booze cruise,” which felt unnecessary and off-putting, especially given the modest quantities involved. The pacing of the tastings also felt poorly timed—two wines on the way out to Emerald Bay, and two on the return. Offering three on each leg would have made more sense and enhanced the overall flow of the experience. In short, while we weren’t expecting a party cruise, we were hoping for a fun, relaxed evening with friends and a more generous and accurate wine tasting. We suggest updating the website to reflect the current offerings more accurately. Definitely call ahead to make sure they are serving 6 wines (per the website) and not shortchanging you with 4.
