Good Experience - Had a good experience touring with Summer. Was definitely worth it. From the airport pick up to getting me back to my hotel, service was top notch. Icing on the cake is that she knows very good photo spots.

Top notch service and courtesy - We were really looking forward to our tour however our flight got canceled which messed up our schedule, unfortunately causing us to miss our tour. Lilly was the first to alert us of our canceled flight!! Not even the airline themselves did that. Because we didn’t have cell service in China, she went above and beyond on our behalf to find out the details of our flights, and whether or not we were re-booked onto another flight. Prior to that, Lilly has been very prompt, courteous and respectful in all of her outreach, giving me the confidence I needed to feel reassured we had booked with the right tour company. Next time I’m in China I will 100% rebook with them again.
