Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide at the airport or train station, holding a sign with your name. A comfortable, non-smoking vehicle with an experienced driver will take you directly to your hotel in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Your guide will assist with your check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this beautiful city at your leisure.

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - After breakfast, embark on a full-day adventure in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

Today, you will explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Begin with a ride on the Tianzishan cable car to enjoy the breathtaking views of Tianzi Mountain, where peaks rise majestically one after another. From the top, you can take in the entire scenic area, which is both magnificent and spectacular. Next, take a sightseeing bus to the Yuanjiajie Area, renowned worldwide as the inspiration for the floating mountains in the Hollywood movie Avatar. The peaks in Yuanjiajie are nearly the same height, creating a mountain platform perfect for enjoying sweeping vistas. Then, visit Golden Whip Stream, famous for its pristine waters, lush mountains, steep cliffs, and tranquil valley. After this exciting tour, you’ll be escorted back to your hotel.

Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (Glass Bridge) & Yellow Dragon Cave (B, L)

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - After breakfast, prepare for today’s thrilling adventures. First, drive approximately 30km to visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Begin by walking on the world’s highest and longest glass bridge. Then, enjoy the charming scenery of flowing waters, cascading waterfalls, and lush vegetation.

Next, drive about 20km to explore the natural wonder of Yellow Dragon Cave, also known as Huanglong Cave. This underground palace is praised by UNESCO experts as the most beautiful cave in the world, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with a length of 7.6 kilometers and a height of 140 meters. The cave features two underground rivers, four waterfalls, 13 caverns, and 10,000 stalagmites and stalactites.

Optional activity: A Fox Fairy of Tianmen Mountain, known as the world’s first real-scene musical drama, uses the high mountains and deep valleys as its stage backdrop to present a heart-wrenching love story.

Tianmen Mountain (Tianmen Cave, Glass Walking Way, Longest Cable Way in the World, Drive on the 99 Bends Road) (B, L)

Tianmenshan Cableway - After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. Today, you’ll visit Tianmen Mountain, known as the “Soul of culture and spirit of Zhangjiajie.” Standing 1,500 meters above sea level, Tianmen Mountain boasts a miraculous and unique geographic landform, unparalleled natural landscape, and profound cultural significance.

Experience the longest cableway in Asia, stretching 7,200 meters, and capture photos of the Avenue toward Heaven with its 99 turns from the cable car. At the top of Tianmen Mountain, enjoy the Cliff-Hanging Walkway and take photos away from the crowds; hold your breath and experience the thrilling Glass Sky Walk. Then, visit the natural mountain-penetrating Karst cave, Tianmen Cave.

After the tour, return to your hotel.

Fenghuang Ancient City Museum - Today, enjoy a delightful tour of Fenghuang Ancient Town. Fenghuang (Phoenix) ancient city is a nationally renowned historical and cultural city, praised by New Zealand writer Louis Alley as the most beautiful city in China. Legend has it that the ancient Indian bird “Phoenix” collected scented woods and burned itself at the age of five hundred years, resurrecting from the ashes, never to die again.

In the town, dozens of alleys paved with stones run between the wooden houses built by the Tuo River. Generations of Chinese Miao people have walked these stone roads.

After lunch, drive to the Southern Great Wall, located 10 km from Fenghuang Ancient Town. Built in 1554 during the Ming Dynasty and completed in 1622, the Southern Great Wall was constructed for military purposes to defend the kingdom against the Miao people in the south.

After the tour, drive back to Zhangjiajie city and be escorted to the airport or train station. Service concludes!
