Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - In the morning, the tour guide will meet you in your hotel lobby. The meeting time will be confirmed prior to the start of your tour. Begin the incredible journey to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It is recommended to book a hotel near the East Gate of the Park, where there are more dining and accommodation options available.

BaiLong Elevator - Upon entering the East Gate, the guide will first take you to the Bailong Elevator, the tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift in the world, recognized by the Guinness World Records.

Yuanjiajie - After exiting the elevator, you will arrive at the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. The most renowned site here is the Hallelujah Mountain, which inspired the floating mountain in the sci-fi movie Avatar. You will also be captivated by other natural attractions like the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and First Bridge under Heaven.

Lunch is at your own expense. Food options are available in the mountain area, though prices are slightly higher. The guide will provide suggestions and assistance. However, local dishes tend to be spicy, salty, and greasy, which may not suit everyone’s taste. Therefore, it is advisable to have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and pack some bread or snacks for a simple lunch.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area - After lunch, the guide will accompany you on a shuttle bus to the Yangjiajie Scenic Area, known for its beautiful streams, lush virgin forests, and peak walls. It is celebrated as a “major new discovery of Zhangjiajie geomorphology.” Dozens of rolling peaks topped with Wuling pines stand parallel, resembling a row of stone walls.

Tianzi Mountain - Take a shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain, described as “an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland.” With a variety of rare plants and protected animals, it is a haven for nature enthusiasts. Descend the mountain by cable car with the tour guide. The guide will then escort you back to your hotel.

Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain

The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie - In the morning, the tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. You will then be driven along the winding mountain road to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a journey of approximately 40 minutes.

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge - Upon entering the Grand Canyon Scenic Area, you will encounter the highlight of your trip - the world-famous Glass Bridge, the highest and longest of its kind, spanning the canyon. On the bridge, you will not only test your courage but also enjoy the stunning panoramic views below.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - In the afternoon, you will reach the downtown cableway station of Tianmen Mountain and take a ride up the mountain. As the world’s longest passenger cableway, it offers both excitement and beauty. At the summit, try the cliffside Glass Skywalk. Later, take the 7-level escalator down to experience the landmark Tianmen Cave. Continue your descent with the guide to Tianmen Square. After the sightseeing, descend the mountain by express cable car.

At the conclusion of the Zhangjiajie tour, you will be escorted back to your hotel.

• Travelers will be picked up in the morning according to their hotel locations. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance, which is the maximum waiting time. For travelers who are late, please go to meet the group and pay for the taxi personally. No-show is non-refundable.
• Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name entrance tickets. And also please make sure to carry the same identification for entry while traveling. Otherwise, entry might not be permitted. If you forgot your passport and need to get back to fetch it, please pay for the transport and later meet the group by yourself.
