Zhangjiajie Tour - This tour is very physically demanding for the average person! The views were amazing, but we averaged 6-8 miles per day walking and 20-40 flights of stairs per day. The temperature was over 90 degrees each day with 100% humidity. Most stairs were very small, uneven or loose, and had no handrails. Even with new hiking shoes and a professional walking stick, I struggled. No professional cameras or walking sticks are allowed at the Glass Bridge. I loved this tour a lot, but I think the description needs to emphasize how physical it is. The meals are hit and miss, as the tour guide picked his favorites without asking what we liked... It took 2 days to work out the food issues. The hotel was fine too.
