Zhangjiajie Forest Park: Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, Hallelujah Mountain, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - In the morning, the guide will meet the group in the hotel lobby at the prearranged time. Then, the journey to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park begins. For added convenience, consider booking a hotel near the Park’s East Gate.

BaiLong Elevator - Upon entering, the group will take the Bailong Elevator, the tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift in the world, which is attached to the cliff and reaches the summit in just 88 seconds.

Yuanjiajie - Exiting the elevator, the group will arrive at the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. Here, visitors can see the Hallelujah Mountain from ‘Avatar’, the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and No.1 Bridge under Heaven. Lunch is not included, so it’s advisable to have a hearty breakfast and bring snacks for a simple lunch. Fast food options like Dicos in Yuanjiajie and McDonald’s at Tianzi Mountain are available, though there may be long lines.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area - The park’s eco-bus will take the group to Yangjiajie, where numerous rolling peaks topped with pines stand in parallel, resembling a row of stone walls, often referred to as the ‘Natural Great Wall’.

Tianzi Mountain - The group will take a park shuttle to Tianzi Mountain, known as ‘an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland’, and an ideal spot to view the sea of clouds. Finally, the group will take the cable car down and return to the hotel with the guide.

Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain

Zhangjiajie - In the morning, the guide and driver will pick up the group at the hotel and accompany them on a 40-minute drive to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon.

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge - The most exhilarating feature is the world’s highest and longest transparent Glass Bridge spanning the canyon. Visitors are encouraged to walk on it to experience the sensation of walking in the air while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Note: Activities such as ziplining, the sightseeing elevator, lake cruise, and bungee jumping are not included in the entrance fee for Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. These activities will not be arranged to ensure everyone stays on schedule.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - In the afternoon, the group will visit Tianmen Mountain. They will see the iconic Tianmen Cave, also known as the Heaven’s Gate, experience the cliffside Glass Skywalk (shoe cover expense included), and take the round-trip ropeway. The shuttle ride on the legendary 99-bend mountain road is breathtaking, and the 12-level transmountain escalator is awe-inspiring.

Zhangjiajie - At the conclusion of the tour, the guide will escort the group back to the hotel.
